We entered th restaurant and were greeted within an acceptable time. The cashier was friendly, and she informed us she would be with us shortly. My daughter ordered the steak kabobs meal, and I ordered the falafel meal. The salad was crisp, and the dressing was delicious. The humus wasn’t to my liking but the falafel, and it was amazing and full of favor.

Ordered the avocado lentil salad with a steak kabob the serving was great the salad was so good! Only thing is they should have ask how I wanted steak cooked but this isn’t a steak house I would have preferred it medium rare as to well done but honestly that don’t change my review on the place. It was clean customer service was great! And pricing was normal for the serving size.

I spent a little more than I wanted, but the results I got was with it. The quality and exceptional flavorful dishes was very nice and inviting. Staff very friendly. My grandson loved the steak kabobs. I had leftovers that were out of this world.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I used to LOVE Zoe’s kitchen when I lived in Maryland. I never never had any issues. I recently moved to Georgia with my family and was so happy to see there was one right across the street from our new area. I must say…. I’m beyond disappointed. I’m beyond disgusted. I will never spend another dollar at any of the Zoe’s Kitchen’s because of the experience I received at the location at 1630 Scenic Hwy Snellville GA 30078. I ordered a Falafel pita meal. In the middle of eating I had a whole big roach in my sandwich. You couldn’t even miss it!! I freaked out so bad I scared my whole family and the kids were screaming…. It’ was just a bad experience. I did take it back to address and show them in person and they acted like they couldn’t see a big roach sitting right in my falafel. That just showed there was lack of attention. The manager just said it’s a Falafel Sandwich…. it took her co worker to say its right there!! I’m beyond disappointed. Never thought I had to go this far to make a comment like this, but it is NOT okay. I posted in the Nextdoor app, and I am not the only complaint for this area location. Please train your staff a little better. We are tired out here…. I don’t want to have to keep looking at my food to make sure I don’t have something moving in it.

We had to drive a little farther than we wanted to, however it was worth it! The food was delicious as always but the presentation was on point! Very clean store and friendly service! Steak is better than some steakhouses! Please don’t turn it into a CAVA!! We’ll be back soon.

We decided to try here for the first time. The employees are nice but we weren’t impressed with the food especially for the price. We are big lamb and salmon eaters so we had the pitas. They were ok but definitely not worth the price. Can’t say we’ll be returning anytime soon.

If you go during the evening, the entire shift is made up of teens who could care less about their job. They are more concerned with chatting and cutting up with each other than they are about customer orders. No manager in sight and if there is one, its probably one of these kids. The first time I went there, I figured that it was just an off day. Everyone has them. But the second time was around the same time of day but months after first visit. Same behavior. Same rudeness. Different teens. My second visit was yesterday around 7pm. I had to announce my presence to order as all backs were turned away from the registers. Then, 30 minutes went by and customers who had ordered after me, got their food. So I had to get the teens’ attention to ask about my food. At no point was I told that they were out of soup container lids as I had ordered a soup with my salad. So, since they were out of those lids, they wrapped very loose tin foil around my soup. When I got home, my salad container was difficult to use because the soup spilled all over it. Had I known that they were out of lids, I wouldn’t have gotten the soup. I love Zoe’s but I will not return to this location. If getting good workers means raising the wage here, then they need to do that because the little bit of change these kids make here is not enough for an adult to live on. Because these teens aren’t surviving off of this money, they do not care about their job and aren’t afraid to give you an attitude when you ask where your food is when customers who order after you have gotten theirs. Zoe’s please hire adults in the future.
