Place has been great. The one lady who is always there is awesome and knows what she is doing. Most recent trip there however, was not good. There was an employee I have nor seen who was making the experience gross. She did not wear gloves when interacting with any of the food, and on top of this she kept touching her nose and clothes. Wouldn’t bring it up to her right there of course, but she bare handed grabbed a muffin in front of everyone and it was disgusting. The donuts and such you have to use tongs for, so those seemed mostly safe. But good grief. Whole family has had good experiences many times prior to this, but that is the kind if thing that will get you shut down if it goes any further. How they got an A rating I don’t know, unless this employee truly is that new. Very unfortunate and she needs much more training. If I see that employee there again I will have to leave without buying anything.
