I really liked this place! ⭐
My husband and I decided to go because we were in Long Beach.
We sat at the bar with Alyssa, who was awesome! Very attentive and on the ball with every patron at the bar. She knew exactly what everybody was doing and what they needed.
We ordered the little neck clams appetizer and the bread was so fluffy, the sauce and the clams were very tasty not fishy.
Then we ordered the LB Steakhouse sandwich to share. It was amazing! The arugula, the gruyere, the garlic aioli… The flavors were a really nice blend and the steak was thickly cut. It would have been good without it but the sesame roll made it better! So toasty.
My price recommendation is only because we had drinks.
Highly recommend.

This is one of our absolute favorite places to eat in LB. The food is ALWAYS good, and there are so many amazing options – honestly, I’ve tried many things on the menu, and they are all good! My husband & I love the wings, and the grandmas smashed meatball pizza is awesome. Recently for the holidays they have had special drinks – the Sugar Cookie was delicious, AND beautiful! I recently discovered their “piadini” sandwich – they use pizza dough to make a flatbread, and make a sandwich out of it. The Italian Cuban was incredible! Add prosciutto & mozzarella to a traditional Cuban – amazing! Highly recommend Brixx and Barley.

10/16/25 I haven’t been back here in almost a year and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll be returning. We came in on a Thursday night. It was not very crowded. We ordered three separate appetizers one being the buffalo chicken quesadilla a pesto, mushroom ravioli, and the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls Out of all three of those the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls were the best and still not fantastic. We asked for a side of sour cream for the quesadilla and we’re charged $.50 for it may not seem like a lot but silly to be charged for a topping that would go with a quesadilla
11/10/2024 Georgett was our service she was super nice. Food was good! It was a football Sunday so good crowd. My only one suggestion / Complaint would be because it is so busy maybe have the bathroom cleaned a little more often. I went to use it twice within one hour and it was really terrible by the second time I used it. Just a suggestion.

Pretty standard bar and grill type place with a lot of TVs all playing sports always.
An expansive menu but food can be hit or miss. When in doubt, get one of their pizzas.
I’ve eaten here many times over the years and order takeout from them as well.
Service is also hit or miss. I’ve had great servers and servers that seem entirely checked out and almost as if you’re annoying them.
Unfortunately my husband choked during our recent visit and the staff quite literally did not seem to care and were unfazed. I did my best and a friendly patron also came over to help administer the Heimlich.

We love this place! Would have given it 5 stars but in a few occasions items that were on the menu were not available – perhaps a seasonal thing. The servers are super attentive and on top of things. Jenna & Sterling were awesome! I’ve been in LB about 2 years and this was the first place that made me feel so welcome! Can get a little loud in the evening but still enjoyable! My boyfriend and I got the Henry Hill table (inside joke) at our first visit and we were hooked! And the Bad Bunny brunch was pure life! Want to enjoy great service and great food then make this your choice!

Wings had no crunch factor since they are not fried. I am ok with that in this case since it had an amazing smoky flavor. Buffalo was a tad bit spicier than usual in my opinion, but very doable and top notch.
Rice balls were on point.
Not a big fan of thin pizza but this one tasted 9/10 . I recommend the burrata , vodka Prosciutto pizza. They are not large.
Short ribs were extremely soft meat and not Over cooked at all.
Lobster tortellini had huge chunks of lobster and cream was 10/10.
Would return.
Lighting was a bit funky with the spot lights.
Great service , very friendly.
Parking was easy on Sunday night. Free.

On point. This restaurant is doing it right. We came on a busy Friday, the place was full but the service and food was perfect. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable and also patient. I had fish tacos and tater tots, both crispy and flavorful. The pretzels were huge and yummy. Mussels were tender and sweet. Brussel sprouts were sweet and spicy.. I was jealous of the burger. It looked amazing. Rice balls and calamari were crispy and fried perfectly. And the steak sandwich with its good choice of toppings was an amazing surprise..

If you remember having a burger at a place after 2 weeks of having it I guess it’s really THAT good. Lol, in all honesty gracious service with very filling serving sizes. The artichoke pizza is not for light eaters, that’s really heavy. Tacos menu has some interesting combinations – I tried one really liked it.
If you love food and love the beach ⛱️ – I recommend the place.

This spot was Marvelous! outstanding and was a spot where my 3 year old made friends and picked trouble with all the staff .
Food was outstanding and trust me when I say we couldn’t have asked for better!
Don’t let me get started in service! This was Top of the line!!! Our server was amazing and friendly! Suggested what to get as well.
My rating for this place will probably be over rated to some of you guys but this is from my view:
