My wife and I recently visited Popeyes, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The customer service truly stood out. Elaine, the manager, was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, and her professionalism made us feel genuinely welcome.
The entire team deserves recognition for how well they took care of us. From taking our order to serving our food, everyone was attentive, courteous, and efficient. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in providing great service.

Absolutely the worst Popeyes location I’ve ever visited. Every single time I order from here, something is wrong. I spend good money feeding a family of four, and we all order different meals — yet the order is consistently incorrect.
What’s even more concerning is the undercooked chicken I’ve received on multiple occasions. No one should have to worry about food safety, especially when paying full price. This has been an ongoing issue, not a one-time mistake.
Management seriously needs to step in and address the quality control and customer service at this location.

Tbh I felt all the food except for the mac and cheese was extremely subpar. The chicken seemed old, as did the biscuits. The chicken has no flavor..amd the biscuits are so so..I personally dont think Ill return…well maybe for the strawberry lemonade (did not purchase tonight)

If you have been to one, then you know what to expect from the rest. The service was great and friendly. Our Spicey Chicken was hot and fresh; however, our large sides were not very large, but if you are exercising portion control, they were spot on. Come on, you are already getting fried chicken.

I had an amazing experience at this Popeyes thanks to Juju! From the moment I Entered the drive-through she hada great attitude. What really stood out was her patience—she took her time to answer my questions, helped me decide on my order, and never made me feel rushed, even when it was busy.

Sorry, but aside from the two really nice people who took our order and filled it, our experience this evening was the worst Popeye’s experience the family has had. The price was heavily inflated, but most critically, they were out of mild chicken tenders and apparently all that was left was spicy tenders with doughy breading. Actually, they were running out of regular bone in chicken as well as the staff mentioned, “this is all we have. We get a truck tomorrow.”
My daughter said there was “powder” in her mashed potatoes, so quality control on the instant potatoes didn’t happen.
Related to atmosphere, this Popeye’s has done something to their air conditioning that makes their dining room extra cold. While I am sure on a hot summer day in Florida, this would seem nice, right now it isn’t. We noticed in previous visits (which were much better experiences) that the AC was working too good.
Tonight we said it might be a while before we head back to the Popeye’s in Zephyrhills.
