I ordered a pizza online early today around 4:14 am for pick up at a later time so I can pick up after work. I made the order for paying cash at pick up and got my order at 4:16 pm. Then I get a notification on my email at 4:17 pm on way home that my order was cancelled. look at my receipt and it says not paid. The order was for $29 and I paid with 2 20’s and got my change back.
Wondering if this was a mistake or there is employee theft going on. I paid cash so there is no trail or refund to be issued since I did not pay with a card. The employee keeps the cash.
I called to speak to the manager to explain the situation and possible concern. He seemed annoyed. Wonder is he is in on it. He did not sound concerned at all. I told him I just wanted to make sure so employee is not taking the cash.
I don’t lose anything cause I got what I paid for but this franchise may be losing money to shady employees.

Pizza was not cooked properly. Grease soaked through box and crunchy thin was floppy. Two stars for actually pie cutting it.

The taste. Bad. Everything leaves a coating in your mouth with an after taste that makes you want to brush your teeth and has an off putting odor to it as well.
We try Dominos about every other year and always regret it. This will be the last time we make that mistake.

Picked up our pizzas took them home and they had garlic crusts which we did not order. Man on the phone said he would make it right next order for a free one. So went to order again and nothing noted. So the way to fix that is we won’t be ordering from Dominos any longer.

My Daughter has Celiacs disease & Kim was amazing tonight! She made my girls pizza exactly how I asked & took every precaution to make sure there was no cross contamination. She has no idea how much this means to a mom of a girl who just wants to enjoy pizza again. Thank you Kim! You are the best!

Ordered a steak and onion pan pizza but failed to call and let us know that they are out of steak and the garlic parmesan sauce, this is how we received our pizza. I can understand if you’re out of a product but at least call and let your customers know, bad customer service.

I don’t recommend this place there is a guy who is rude, he made me wait more than 40 minutes for my pizza and another order and made fun of my time by making me wait, he uses headphones and makes fun of my time what a bad time he made me go through because I was hungry and I had left my work.
