McMenamins has one of my favorite bar food menus. The Cajun tots are a MUST! Everything else I’ve eaten here is also very good. I’m usually pretty pleased with the beer selection. Service has been hit or miss but I keep coming back because the food and atmosphere makes up for it. Really fun to have so many pool tables available and a few TVs to watch games.

The cook did an amazing job on my sandwich. My waitress was horrible. She was too busy doing her makeup behind the bar so I had to walk my check to her. It was one of the worst customer service I have ever had. I love McMenamins! It’s unfortunate I had this experience. I will not be visiting this location again.

A McMenamins in the Portland area seems to be a staple, if not a way of life. Each with its own personality both by location and its service staff. Tried the bacon cheeseburger and a by request pepperoni pizza. It’s solid pub fair, though prices tend a bit to the higher side. Good selection of beers and our server was friendly. Definitely a good place to meet friends and hang out.

Came in at 4pm on a Saturday with my partner and two kids for a quick drink and early dinner. The staff was moderately busy but unable to handle the level of work. They were uncommunicative and unapologetic about the service- or lack there of. Waited about 30 minutes for two kids drinks and two beers. They finally came but were short a drink and still no apologies about the service. Definitely not kid friendly, I had to go open cabinets and finally step behind an unoccupied bar to get coloring sheets and crayons to occupy the kids while we waited for our ever-absent server to return.

Excellent food and very good service from my bartender. Not a huge food menu, made up for by drink selections. Tried the BBQ slider and they were very good along with a dungeon burger. Serving size of the burger was good and not huge like so many places. Toppings we’re fresh and well done. The fries were excellent. Doing good fries takes several steps and some time if done completely in house. The fries definitely deserve special mention for how good they were. The bartender was very friendly and quite attentive. He made great recommendations on a flight of cider. The beer and cider selections are extensive and worth several trips to explore.

Delicious food, amazing drinks, & wonderful service! I love the ambiance & how relaxing this location is! Servers are wonderful & have to make their own cocktails & they are fantastic!
