Today’s selection was superb: Maple rolls & Grape stuffed croissants ! Lemon bars, brownies and a couple Downtowners provided backup sustenance. You don’t want to go hungry while trying to retrieve your hammer from a crevice.

The pistachio filled cream croissants are amaziiiiing. Easily one of my new cravings. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out all this time. I got the pesto flatbread (mushrooms, bacon crumbs toppings etc), and a chocolate bran muffin, which was also very good. The staff was really nice. 10/10 Will be back to try more

Vinman’s Bakery has some of the best customer service around. I’ve been in many times, and I’m always greeted with a smile that often turns into a quick, warm conversation.
On my most recent visit, I mentioned I was bringing pastries to family, and they went above and beyond. They packed everything in a sturdy pastry box, placing the hot bread in a paper bag, and even giving me a plastic bag and tie for later. They also offered a complimentary pastry and a bottle of water since it was such a hot day.
Every bite is amazing (hence why I’m bringing some to family)!

The BEST! Ellensburg is so lucky to have Vinman’s Bakery. We absolutely love their pastries, especially the kouign-amann. Their bread is amazing too. And don’t get me started on their cinnamon buns! WOW. Staff is also very friendly! Truly a gem.

My favorite take out breakfast place. The chocolate croissant is the best I’ve had, and the bee-sting is so good. Never fails to satisfy my appetite, and the bread is always good there. Service is always good, very friendly and nice staff. It is a little small, and which they had a tiny bit bigger selection. Also they sell out of stuff until they make more so sometimes you miss the bread you want incase you wait too long or go too early. Definitely recommend to come here!

While I could visit here every day I usually stop by for a loaf to go with a weekend recipe. The worse thing I can say is that I never leave with only a loaf. Whatever you choose it’s delicious and you can’t go wrong. Service is always friendly and quick. This is one of the businesses that makes me happy to live here. Thank you Vinman’s!

Stopped by for the first time today and it was great! I was immediately welcomed with friendly costumer service and helped immediately. The ladies were very sweet and even threw in a ‘first time costumer’ treat. Great food too! We tried the cinnamon roll, strawberry croissant, snicker doodle cookie and lemon bar. Everything was amazing and the lemon bar was top tier!
