Stopped on our way to Spokane and just as all the reviews said the people were very friendly. They were out of sticky buns so they gave us a cinnamon roll! And it was excellent! Same with the sourdough walnut bread. Wish they were in my town!

My favorite bakery in the state of Washington, always went here as a kid with my grandparents. Brings back memories every time I get the downtowners (cinnamon rolls) and the olive bread! I hope this place remains open for a long time! Thanks for sticking around for quite some time!

Two grandfatherly guys walk into Vinman’s Bakery. The two young persons at the counter treat them like visiting royalty. The two guys walk out with armloads of baked goods. Fortified with baguette and croissant, the two old guys “climb” Sentinel Rock in their Jeep and send this picture postcard. Cheers!

Good pastries but their business hours listed online and on their physical door are wrong. Says open at 7 am on both but they are not open. Also says open at 7:30 am on google maps but it’s past 7:30 am and they are still closed on a Tuesday.

I love Vinman’s! I live in Western Washington and go out of my way to visit anytime I’m in Eastern Washington. I love their breads and pastries. The peach & custard croissant is amazing. The rustic sourdough is chewy on the outside with a soft open inside. The bonus is the lovely staff. Cannot recommend them enough.

Great place! We stopped by here when traveling home through Ellensburg. The lady who helped me was so nice! Everything they had looked wonderful. If you are traveling through Ellensburg it is worth the stop.
