Th young man that was working drive through tonight was phenomenal. He spoke with proper. The way he answered the mic was on point. His food was hot and fresh and it was 9pm. I was very impressed. That was some of the best service I’ve had in St Louis and I can definitely see that young man stepping into management some day. I give him 5 stars!!!!!

For them to had JUST opened-they either need a better team, new training-SOMETHING. I got a simple kfc bowl. No gravy. Literally, compared to the one on delmar-this was HORRIBLE. Very…..bland tasting in comparison. Then I asked for my order & my sons order to be placed in separate bags-of course that was wrong as well. And it wasn’t a lot-just the kfc bowl in one bag & the meal in the other. So I said I’ll give a second chance-shouldn’t have done that. Went back & ordered the bowl again & a pot pie. Something told me to look in my bowl..again no gravy, so ask for a side of gravy if you get the bowl. Get home to my pot pie having a “burnt” smell & taste. It was a lot of crust which I was happy about-but that’s basically it. Literally all CRUST. & vegetables. Smh I don’t care about the “them just opening”. THATS THE TIME YOU SHOULD BE DOING GOOD! Then they’re running out of things, attitudes are not consistent. Come on now guys-let’s at least TRY to give Jennings a good chance at becoming decent.

Couldn’t get any bone-in chicken because it was a 40-minute wait. Ordered 3 strip meals, and the strips were dry, hard, and the length of my pointer finger (very small). The saucy nuggets that I had to wait on were dry and hard even with the sauce. Everything was salty.

Me and my grandma went here and got a family meal and had bad service. They skitted 1 of 3 of our sides greens beans. They were out of wings. They gave us some old chicken. We going back tomorrow to talk to them. I spend $50 on this

Original recipe chicken was slippery, skin slid off meat, some skin from piece on top stuck to bottom piece of chicken. Container was greasy at bottom. Did not enjoy this meal. Should have followed my first thought and went to Church’s. Will not be back to this location.

I went in the drive thru and ordered a family meal that had 12 pieces of chicken, some biscuits and two mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. I paid $43 at the window and was immediately told to pull in front of the store and someone would bring it out. Waiting patiently, I noticed all of these cars being serviced or told to park in the front after I ordered. 45 mins later, the cars that was told to wait after me ended up going into the store to get there food. Almost an hour later for me I’m just like I’m going to go eat something else. I go into the store and ask for a refund. The line members look at me and continue to work. I wait about 2 mins before asking for a manager for a refund. Still wasting my time they tell me how they had to make some more chicken because all they had was legs and they didn’t want to give me all legs. Mind you that was not even mentioned to me otherwise I would have passed. Sitting an hour for some chicken??? They definitely cleared my order off the screen, gave my chicken order to someone else and expected me to continue to wait. Not even a sincere apology. I will not be back

There’s no way these mashed potatoes were made today (customer service was very professional) That’s the only reason why I’m OK with the one star. I just waste $40 on some scraps drive-through time is SAD!!!! I waited almost 30 minutes for some scraps my kids truly threw their food away
