It’s been so cold outside, so we decided to meet up with friends for a play date at the Plano Burger King tonight. Everything was freshly made and the employees were so kind and attentive eventhough they were slammed with drive thru, pick up/delivery and in house orders. Migel totally made our kiddos night by bringing them the cutest tiny ice cream cones at the end — really awesome spirit of community! Thanks Migel and team!

Miguel was very kind to both my husband and I and the friends we were with along with our kids. The food took a little bit longer than usual due to a rush, and he made sure to keep us informed and make sure that our orders were correct. I always have a great experience at Burger King! The staff is so friendly, and my daughter loves the play area. While the drive-thru can take a bit longer sometimes, I understand they might be short-staffed, so it’s no big deal. They never mess up my order, no matter how specific it is, which I really appreciate. Plus, the coupons they send out are a lifesaver for families—they make eating out so much more affordable. Overall, it’s a dependable and family-friendly place we love visiting!

I noticed a black ball on my tongue after drinking more than half of my drink. Took the top off to see I chugged moldy pop line goo.

Service was quick and the food was good, prices are high thanks to Bidenomics. The decor is nice and the restrooms are clean.

Last time i ever go to this location. The sandwich location is a little slow and sometimes they run out of items but atleast the stuff is made fresh. Cant say the same for plano. The whopper i got had a stale bun, fries were saugy and had no salt and dont even get me started on the french toast sticks . I dont know why its like this either. Im always EXTREMELY kind and patient when placing an order and i always say thank you. But the tall bigger white dude thats always there always just has this monotone voice like he wishes he was doing anything else but his job. I dont expect 10 star restaurant service, but you could atleast not sound like taking my order is draining your soul. Also they need to hire ATLEAST two people to work the mornings. I know its slow but its slow because you guys have bad service and people arent comming to you. One guy on register, drive through and grill while having the doors locked 24/7 is bad buisness. Plus i know in the morning you have to freshly make the afternoon stuff.and it still came out burnt & i wont be coming back

I get food exclusively through the drive thru window as I work nearby, but every time I do I always have a pleasant employee at the window. Rogelio was the one at the window today and every time I’ve had him he has been awesome. I felt like I needed to say it and that’s why I’m making this review. Great in terms of burgers I’ve been at this would be top for me.

Just ordered 2 crispy chicken omg the chicken is not crispy at all and rubbery and cold How hard is it to make a Damm sandwich. Chicken was horrible

I show up 10 minutes before they close without knowing. Everything was turned off but they ended up turning everything back on just to make my food. it was banging. 10/10
