I am so glad we have a Yamato in town! I don’t have to drive to Clarksville for Hibachi and they are always so nice in there! We generally get take out and it is always right and HOT!

I was here for lunch. The habachi chicken had a lot of food, you will get filled for just 8.99. We ordered some rolls and they were pretty good. A nice chunk of fish in each piece. It seems to be a family affair so make sure you support your local small business.

My first time visiting, but everything was pretty good. I did get the Hibachi Chicken dinner, which included the chicken, soup and salad. I did not try any sushi, but definitely will on my next visit.

I picked Yamato’s for dinner when we were visiting my daughter. I was a little worried when we walked in and not one person in the restaurant. It was around 5pm. To my surprise the service was great and the food was even better. We will definitely eat there again or get the takeout.

Great hibachi and awesome fried rolls! We was staying in scottsburg for the night and found this little hidden gem. It was fantastic and if we’re ever in the area again we will definitely go back.

Absolutely fantastic! Found this place by chance while staying overnight nearby while traveling through back to Chicago. We could not have been happier. Everything we had was delicious and the portions are very large definitely enough to share. The lobster Rangoon was awesome, we had never had that before. The service was outstanding as well.

Food was good: The new hire was very kind; but the Owner came & took our order after new hire had already done so. Owners need to be able to train new hires more patiently & have better communication, rather than causing insecurities & doubt. It’s understandable when ‘new’ that orders may or may not be accurate & they will have errors. However, via our errors we learn a bit more & sooner, rather than later. Willing & good help are difficult to come by…be patient & kind & a great employee will emerge.
