I’ve had consistently great experiences at Jimmy John’s. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious, and it’s one of my go-to spots when I need a quick, tasty meal. On the rare occasion there’s ever a mistake with an order, the team fixes it right away, with no hassle and no attitude. Their customer service is as reliable as their food, and I really appreciate that. Definitely a solid choice every time!
I went here not too long ago and , was treated fairly and with respect. Atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.
Food was VERY tasty and was fresh.
Seating was very nice, cozy, and peaceful.
All tables were very clean and shiny, Bathrooms were too.
No wait and was almost immediately served right as I ordered.
Overall, would eat lunch here everyday.
Not sure why no one hopped on to cut the line down n take orders. Ordered our sandwiches fairly quick. Ended up waiting 30 minutes after waiting 10 to order. They “lost our ticket” we watched him clip it so not sure how that happened. everyone behind us who had waited even longer got theirs before ours. Terrible terrible terrible service. I’m not sure how you see 2 people waiting for 2 simple sandwiches and don’t think to check up or ask what ones we had or if we even got ours Imao. As we’re sitting right in front of the registers. I’m really not sure why it would take 40 whole minutes in total to order 2 sandwiches and receive them. Just god awful.
Ordered my sammich as usual, asked for extra Dijon in the side.
The side they gave me barely had anything in it.
You could still see the bottom of the little cup. So I nicely asked for a little more, I even offered to PAY FOR EXTRA DIJON. Not once but twice I offered to pay for extra.
He literally told me “You have PLENTY”.
Now HOW do YOU know how much Dijon I like?
Do you KNOW I actually DIP my sammich IN Dijon? Do ya KNOW I DIP my fingers in the Dijon even I like it that much!
WOW. How RUDE. I’ve visited JJ 6-8 times on the road the last 2 weeks and no one ever told me I had plenty when I asked for extra.
I will definitely NOT ever be coming back here to this location. Don’t ever tell a customer they have plenty!!!
The manager or whoever that rude guy was, needs a lesson or 2, on MANNERS.
