I cannot say enough good things about our visit. The food was superb and the wait staff went above and beyond. The owner himself ended up serving us due to some crazy circumstances and he was so kind. This was our first time going and they definitely nailed their first impression. The food was AMAZING!! The pesto turkey BLT was so delicious. The bacon is thick and so flavorful. The red pepper Artichoke Puree is so smooth and creamy. The drinks were great. We tried the Strawberry Fields and the Summer mule. Both were great but the Summer mule was my favorite. Last but not least….Little Jerry Goes to Austin chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I have ever tasted in my life. I literally dream about this chicken sandwich. And the homemade chips are so delicious. They are crunchy a little bit spicy but sweet. I went back a second time and brought my grandson just so he could try the chicken sandwich and he also thinks it’s the best chicken sandwich he’s ever tasted.

I’ve had the pastrami Reuben and the steak house smash burger. Both are unbelievable, I’d like to think a bit of a foodie, this restaurant hits all the right notes every single time. Here on a work trip and i will be back for dinner and lunch tomorrow. Fantastic place to eat everything is fresh and homemade. It’s a different type of quality. Compliments to the chef, waiter, waitress. You guys rock. Absolutely phenomenal. Will be back. Gotta go tell the boys back in Chicago about this place.

Absolutely gorgeous place with excellent service. The food was delicious. I had the Rueben it was filled with tender thin sliced wagu beef. Good fries too.
The only knock was no vegetarian main dish choices. So my wife had the only non meat salad. She said it was pretty good.

We had an absolutely lovely lunch experience. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was low key, elevated, & very clean. Highly recommend all three plates (wedge salad, smash burger, half chicken) but the wedge salad, specifically, was phenomenal.
Our waiter, Justin, was also so kind and attentive.
We will be back!
Updating my review two days ayer because we made it back and wow! The wedge was still amazing and we ordered the Sliced Filet Mignon lunch.
Emily was delightful and Gabe in the back did his thing on the meal!

Came here with my wife and my Dad for dinner a week ago. At last, we’ve completed the trifecta! (Bird Dog, Dog and The Bank and Lady Bird). You can definitely see elements of both of the other restaurants in this one, but the brick building is unique among all of them. The outdoor seating is quite nice, especially with the trees mixed in.
The service was good, our waitress was quite attentive and quite friendly. We started with the pot of Gold. That was so good! They give you a generous amount of crab too! We also got oysters, and those were good as always
For my entree, I got the fish and chips. I’m not kidding when I say it’s the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! Light, yet very tasty, and that pea puree is so good with it! Wow!! I was not disappointed! For dessert I got the peanut butter pie. Peanut butter pie is either good or meh. This one was good! It was a great dinner experience for all of us

It was packed, the party on the patio meant the kitchen and wait staff were possibly too busy to do their best. My friends loved the hot honey chicken sandwich and the BLT. The frittata was kind of meh. The waitress had a hard time keeping up. We watched our food sit on the counter for a long time. We loved the vibe, but maybe would have loved it more when it was a little less busy.

Traveling through on a Sunday about 2 pm. Delicious, fresh, high quality food. Perfect! Adorable place. We had the Frittata and the Pastrami Hash. Easy brief lunch stop, but not “fast food”. Excellent for stopping for a little travel break. Highly recommend.

Dog & the Bank is a wonder to the palate. I have learned about so many flavors as I work through their menu and even if something isn’t for me, it is still a new experience.
On top of this, they take excellent care of their guests through conversations, filling waters, and asking for genuine feedback on the food.
I can’t speak enough good about this place and for being such an intimate atmosphere, I’m glad that it doesn’t feel cramped or crowded!
