Food was cold. The place was filthy and the service from the employees was rude and the worst, gives White Castle a terrible name. If these employees hate their jobs why are they here and allowed to treat people like this.

There were only three people staffed. One has to take their break. The manager was professional. I just felt sorry for the location, due to lack of staffing. Two at the window and two in line. I was the first to arrive and it took over 30 minutes for my order. It’s frozen food. I ordered a 20 piece crave case and onion rings costing $30. Not worth the time and money. Again, the employees were great and did their best!

Service was super slow. They prioritize drive thru orders, so we waited for 30 minutes to get our food. Inside needed to be swept and staff could have been more attentive with updating and explaining the wait.

Such a good crew working on Tuesday 10/28.
I am very glad they have upgraded their staff. I used to come through her all the time and every single time my order was messed up in one way or another. And the staff was never very friendly or pleasant. Never had a smile on their face.

They were friendly and pleasant. They were polite and smiled. They were working hard and diligently with all of the customers and still got my enormous order correct for the first time.
They did a great job.
Please relay my thanks to them for taking pride in their work and making it a pleasant experience.

Not the staffs fault, but the wait was ridiculous! Took us 45 minutes to order and get our food. Reading previous posts this seems to be an on going issue. Whoever owns this location needs to add at least one more person to help prepare and fill orders. Luckily we didn’t need to be anywhere any time soon, so after investing 20 minutes in line, we were invested.

let me just start off by saying, this is my first impression of the white castle restaurant as a whole. me and an associate of mine went through the drivethru and ordered the shareable #8 meal that comes with 10 sliders and 2 small fries with drinks. everything was okay at this point till i got to the window. i look up to see a gentleman having a whole phone conversation with someone and saying not very work place appropriate things. second, he wasn’t wearing gloves, not a big deal to me for our drinks but he is holding his phone the whole time. the only words he says to me is my price and nothing else. it takes about 7 minutes to get our food but that isn’t something i really minded. we get our food and go park in the parking lot to eat. not 2 minutes after getting the food yknow? and when we pull out the food something caught my eye, the burgers were soaking wet. the whole bottom is dough. the bun and everything was wet and felt like they spit in it. they also put extensive amounts of onions in the burgers and they were just falling out. these photos were taken the day after for proof

Waited 20 minutes in drive through line to have order taken. Was told only 2 people working and 100+ online orders that have to come first. No other vehicles in drive through except us.

When picking up my lunch today I asked the girl with the pink braids the code to the restroom and with an attitude told me “360”. I tried the number three times before asking her again and she repeated the wrong number with more attitude.

After trying four more times I finally asked the other girl working the drive thru and counter. She then told me the number was actually 3060. When I told her what the other girl told me she said there must of been a communication error. Yes considering she was missing a whole number and treated me like I wasn’t listening properly.

Using the restroom as a customer shouldn’t be so complicated due to the inconsideration of an employees. Im a delivery driver so this actually created a problem in my day that wasn’t needed.

If reciting the correct code to the bathroom with great customer service is such an issue then maybe we should work somewhere that won’t be so stressful to the mind.

It was our first time eating a “white castle” burger. If you like onion soaked bread and a sliver of beef it’s ok. The service at the window was great, but you have to acquire a taste for these burgers. Perhaps PASS.
