The food was good, just what you would expect from a WC restaurant. However, they were out of a lot of drinks in the drink machine, trash can overrunning, dirty floors, and tables. Our order was delayed, and had to ask about our order after we noticed groups that came in after us had received their orders.

Sat in the drive thru behind another customer who I never saw receive anything but drove around twice before me. Currently here writing this review. My order was taken at 10:05. Was asked to pull up to the window and after sitting for 15 minutes… it’s 10:26 now, they shut off all the lights in the building.

I drove for 2 days from Ontario to Tennessee (with a stop-over in Cincinnati) and arrived at sunset to a hotel right nearby…so obviously I had to keep the tradition of inaugural White Castle! The 1921 was perfection!

Love white castle, one of a few in Tennessee. Service at this location is much better than the ones near Nashville. Everything was hot, fresh and just as ordered. They are friendly, they work well as a team. Clean dining room.

Well, this place was by far the worst place I have ever ordered from through an app in my life! We were on our way to Kentucky to pick up my step daughter and we were wanting some White Castle. So I opened up the app to place my order so that when I got there I could pay and then pick it up and leave. Well, after I placed the order for pickup in store and pay when I arrive I got a confirmation number and continued my drive. I was a good 50 minutes away and I scheduled the pickup time within 5 minutes of ETA! When I arrived we went in to use the restroom and then I went to pay and pickup the order that I had placed 50 minutes prior! The guy said he didn’t have anything come through and then the manager lady looked and said “It didn’t come through” and then printed the receipt and before I paid I asked how long it would take to prepare my order because I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WAIT AROUND!! We were in a rush and that was why I placed my order on the app 50 minutes ago! The lady said it wouldn’t take long and then I paid! It took an additional 5 minutes I would guess, which isn’t bad, but my burgers were so messy because they slapped them together so fast that all it did was aggravate us with trying to eat our food! The cheese sticks, fried, and onion rings were fine. But the burgers were so messy I wish I would have ordered from McDonalds instead! 6 of the burgers weren’t put together correctly, the meat was on the bottom and the buns were on top of the meat!! Like… what on earth is wrong with them? They had 50 minutes to get it ready, and I’m sorry but it is NOT MY FAULT that the order didn’t come through! My guess was that it didn’t go through because I chose to pay when I arrived! That’s lame… everywhere else that gives the option to pay at the store will let you order and they will prepare your food and you can pay at the store! I didn’t pay on the app because I had a new card mailed to me and the new number wasn’t saved in the app at the time I ordered it! This visit was the worst fast food experience I have had this year!!! Treating the customers as if they cannot afford the food so they do not allow the order to go through so the store can actually cook it in time to be picked up?? I doubt I will be back!!!

OMG, I love this place. Tinny little burgers are so delicious and Soooo filling. Yum. Unfortunately I couldn’t experience the full experience of it. Like dinning in. Do to COVID. Oh and they have Big Red! Fries and onion rings very good. My son tried the one with beacon and lettuce he it was great and filling. For me it hits the spot. Great drink with great food. Very tasty, fresh and delicious. This packaging is awesome. Oh and it’s not expensive at all. Great pricing. Friendly and looks clean in there. I would definitely recommend trying it. For a box of 20 burgers and 4 fries. Is $22 and some change plus tax. Awesome!! It’s an exciting experience for us. Lol Great job everyone that works there. Keep up the good work. Untill next time Stay Safe! Hopefully next time we get to dine in.. We’ll be back summer time.

Employees standing around talking to each other and ignoring front line and when they do finally take your order, they still holler back and forth to one another, not paying attention to what you’re ordering and mess up the order. After telling them it wasn’t right, they act like you didn’t order it correctly and treat you like your a bother to them for ordering! Sad customer service and even worse discipline and control with employees!
