We had a group of 10 come in on a Tuesday, to this Nampa location. We came around 8ish pm, we waited 30mns to get a table, to find out when we got in, It was NOT busy. Anyways, the server took a while to bring the drinks, the foood took FOREVER to come out, we didnt end up eating till 10. The waitress was super nice, but the whole experience itself was just sooo slooooowwwwwww especially when it was not busy.

Had the parmesan garlic and orange chicken flavored wings. The orange chicken flavor was a little more spicy than I was expecting. We had to walk up to the bar to order another drink, and also to get our check and some go boxes. The atmosphere is like a big noisy cafeteria, and it wasn’t even busy. $50+ for two people for lunch.

So me and my boyfriend come here a lot on Monday nights and we typically have a great bartender taking care of us. She is always very attentive and lets us know when she’s busy. It even looks busy. However, we decided to come on a Wednesday night. We had a different bartender/server tonight. To sum everything up, horrible service. We are very kind and patient people but she really pushed it. Katelyn (our server) did not have a big crowd. We saw her talking to her coworkers or friends and other customers and ignoring us. We finally decided to leave since we figured she wasn’t going to take our order anytime soon.

Waited around 20 minutes for a server. No one even noticed we weren’t being helped. It wasn’t even busy probably only 8 tables being served. Went and asked two ladies for help. They said they would find a server for us and 10 minutes later still no service. Left because I’m hungry and not waiting any longer. I gave better service working at McDonald’s. Someone was standing around I would help them. Just plain sad no one can use their eyes and help them.

I can’t even give this place a 1 star. We sat at our table for over 20 mins without getting acknowledged. I finally got up to ask the bartender if someone was working the section I was sitting and was ignored. A sweet girl who was clearly busy took the time to help me by mentioning they were short staffed and said we can order our own stuff on the app if we wanted. After waiting another 20 mins we just left. I understand being short staffed and we are very patient ppl. All we needed was an acknowledgement and with a pretty empty resteraunt that shouldn’t have been to difficult. Thank you for ruining what we’ve been looking forward to all day!

Service was lacking by bar staff our young waiter was nice, but forgetful and gave our food to the wrong table. The food was cold upon arrival the beer was room temp and flat upon arrival to the table.

We’ve gone in before and had a fine experience. This last time, we waited over 30 minutes, and just as we were getting ready to leave, a waitress stopped to see if we had been waited on. Even tho herself and several others had walked past us several times. The food was okay, but far from what we are used to from BWW, everything was just barely warm except for our toddlers’ chicken strips, which were so hot I couldn’t even tear them up do they could cool. Hopefully, next time, they will have it together.

It seems inhumane that you now have to order through a QR code rather than be attended by a waitress/waiter. This is not my case but some people who have no one at home go out to restaurants just to get some human interaction. This ostracizes elderly folk, those who are not technologically inclined and many others when you say that “this how you order here now”. We didn’t even receive the option to place our order with our waitress until my wife asked, “what happens when someone doesn’t have a smart phone etc.?” We will not be returning to buffalo wild wings because the cherry on top was that we had a gift card that still had a balance on it so we wanted to use that and then pay the difference in cash. When we were brought our change there were only bills no actual coin change and when we did the math we had been shorted about 70 cents. It’s not the amount that upsets me it’s the principle. I would never assume that someone didn’t want their change back no matter how small, even if it was a penny. We used to enjoy coming to Buffalo Wild wings but this experience over shadowed all the previous experiences.
