The food and service was good it was a little cold in there. Every time I go in I get the soup and salad bar and a meal. However, I noticed while I’m in there it’s always a little cold. The staff seems to be friendly, and we’ll go out of their way to make your experience all right. I went to big boys are going to couple days ago got the soup and salad bar in the classic big boy in French fries everything was pretty decent but my French fries were over cooked and hard I was a little disappointed about my fries.

The hot fudge Sunday was amazing! The manager/owner was breathing down the neck of the workers. This was not a nice work environment. I would hate to work here. The owner was upset about the meal that the worker had!! Weird! I hope that Big Boy Corporate comes to this location undercover to see this mess of an owner. I doubt they would like this guy representing their brand like this.

Came in with 13 guests. I got the grinder slim Jim and soup and salad bar. One thing that stood out more then anything was the coleslaw. Idk if this is how they make it but I think someone grabbed the Creamy horseradish instead of the mayo. It was spicy but damn was it good.

I was just there for the seafood fest what a waste of money. The food was definitely cold and the waitress could care less. I told the manager about it he did make me up a plate of 2 pieces of fish , also where are the french fries (It’s a fish fry Hello they go together. I had to ask another waitress for tartar sauce our disappearing waitress was no where to be found she kept walking right by us wanted drink refills and dessert but she couldn’t be bothered but she did drop the bill on us when she saw us get up to leave. The manager will remember us because of the cold food and the fish he got me plus he commented that someone turned the heat down he also threw out a bunch of cold food.The waitress needs a discussion about her job.We were seated in the table section in front the time was 5PM so you can talk to the right waitress on her poor service.

The place was almost empty. My wife received a chicken breast sandwich half cooked and I had to share my sandwich with her because they never brought another one. We left the place hungry and not satisfied. Some of the items on the menu prices doesn’t match, the receipt shows more than it shows in the menu.

I had only ever heard of the chain from Austin Powers, so I had one of those “that really exists?!?!?” moments. Surprisingly good quality food (reminded me a lot of a slightly nicer Steak and Shake) and friendly staff for the price range. Most options are under $10 before drinks, a rarity with inflation at similar places, especially so close to a major airport.
