I really love the small town neighborhood type bars like this. I enjoyed my time here chatting & joking around with the wonderful local people. I also enjoyed the service and the food. I travel the Wausau area regularly and I plan to return for sure!

The service was very slow and the waitress had attitude when requests were made. The food was good but half of our groups food was cold when served. The bar area was so warm and stuffy it was uncomfortable.

The food was delicious. I had the Cajun Walleye. Everyone else had fish fry. The portions were large and hot. Only 2 servers, who were overwhelmed by the amount of guests. Had to go to the bar to get drinks due to how busy she was. Bartenders were friendly and fast. Love the decor of the place. I’d go back again. Overall I had a great time

First time coming here and they had a Thanksgiving buffet. Food and service were excellent and I’d definitely go back again. Knocked off a star because it needs some upkeep inside and feels a bit dated.

I had the Seafood Platter with Home Fries and my Wife had Beer Battered Cod wirh French Fries. The Seafood Platter was disappointing, 2 shrimp, 3 tiny scallops, 2 pieces of fish and the Home Fries were soggy. My wife’s Cod was good and her Fries were crispy. My advise is stick with the Fish Fry and stay away from the Shrimp and Scallops. Friendly Service was a plus!
