I love this place. From the tasty food, well made drinks, or the great karaoke and live music events, they’ve come so far from where they were! The sound system and acoustics have vastly improved since their remodel during Covid. So much love and acceptance for everyone. Definitely a place to be a regular!

The food here is incredible! Generous portions and great service! I got the pulled pork sandwich with fries. They layered the pulled pork and coleslaw in one sandwich! So good! The fries look fresh cut and are tasty, especially paired with the house ranch. I complimented the ranch because it’s not just standard or buttermilk, It’s a complex flavor for the item, the lady who served us said it’s the chef’s recipe. I know this is not just a Hidden Valley flavoring packet like most places.

Been there twice so far, love it there! We went last night and there was a small miscommunication but we got it handled! Staff is SUPER sweet and respectful, and even being nerodivergent they are accommodating and understanding. I wanna go more, I just can’t drive to save my life. I feel the prices are moderate and fair, I just wish I got more fries with a burger but you HAVE TO TRY THE MOZZARELLA STICKS, they’re sooooo good and addicting.

Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Big entertainment stage with great karaoke. Well, some The burger that I got was bright pink/red. Way undercooked. I was so hungry I just ate it and hoped for the best that I wouldn’t get sick. Everyone else’s turned out good. I saw a drag queen there and got a hug! Awesome! So beautiful. In all, everything was perfect just undercooked burger, which I’m sure they would have fixed easily. One day I’ll grow balls and do karaoke there as well. Thanks for a great time guys!

This place is really cool, and the food is absolutely amazing. You can tell there is some training happening as our server did not check on us- but that doesn’t dampen how yummy the food is! The manager/owner (I’m assuming,) was behind the bar and you can just tell is a rockstar. Would definitely give this place a try!

We randomly drove past this place and thought it looked interesting. We went in and absolutely loved the vibe and music. We sat at the bar top and Molly was fantastic to talk to. I’m stoked to come back for the drag shows!

Mirkwood has been a fixture of Arlington for as long as I can remember, going back to when I would play Magic and watch local bands play shows as a high schooler something like 13 years ago. Since then, it has continued to maintain a balance between quality service, unique aesthetics, and activities for people of all ages. They’ve grown from just the concerts to adding in open mic nights, karaoke, talented local EDM artist showcases, and sensational local drag performers. The atmosphere is one of welcoming and inclusion, with fantasy-style artwork adorning the walls and tying the space together with its namesake. You will come for the delicious food and drink, stick around for the environment, and by the time you’re done, you’ll be dying to return for more. The owners are often around, helping out with the business instead of just taking a backseat. You can tell the space is one that has been built up with love, passion, and a mission in mind. Please bring your family and friends here so you can fall in love with it as well.

Staff was over worked but had great attitudes, place was hoping with an open band concept. Lots of fun as you didn’t know what to expect with the music. Food selections were plentiful, had the BBQ blue burger very good. Saw the charcuterie board and wanted to sample it.
