Park Street is my go-to for pastries and a place to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in the perfect location in downtown Olathe. They already had 5⭐️ in my book, but today they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my coffee. I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you have been… Go! (Also the biscuits and gravy they serve on Saturday mornings is insane).

Their cinnamon rolls were delicious. Great portion size, perfect texture. Also had their egg sandwich. A bit flakey due to the croissant but delicious and filling.

The coffee had a rich, enjoyable taste, though it was served a bit too hot to sip right away. It took some time to cool down enough to really enjoy, which slightly took away from the experience. Still, the friendly service and lovely atmosphere more than made up for it. I’d definitely return—next time, I’ll just let the coffee sit a little longer before diving in.

This is a nice hidden Cafe in downtown Olathe. It’s reasonably priced and plenty of room inside and outside if you want to catch up on some work.
Now I was there after 10:30 and it seemed pretty popular.
Staff seemed all nice and professional.
I got to watch one customer get upset because the person before him ordered the last Strawberry pastry, he started to take out his frustration on the staff and they proffesionally handled this guy well and you could tell he was just having a bad day.
I got a bacon breakfast sandwich, and iced coffee. It’s hands down the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had on the east and west coast.
I would recommend if your out and about early in the morning and want to pick up a treat.

I’ve given this place three tries because I love bakeries and I wanted to have a go-to that’s local and close by, but this will not be it. The pastries are fine, kind of hit or miss. The environment and workers are truly unpleasant, though. The owners seem miserable and angry, it shows in how they talk to their employees and customers. I’m not the type of person to expect a lot when it comes to customer service because I know people are just doing their jobs, but geeeeeez the vibes are so negative and unwelcoming here.

This place is so good. An excellent pastry bakery in the heart of downtown Olathe. Our family is a big fan of the breakfast sandwich. We also love the cinnamon rolls, cannolis, cream filled horn, and cookies. The coffee isn’t half bad either. I’d highly recommend checking this place out and supporting a local business.

Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! Best croissant too! I can’t wait to try more! I do wish they had additional cheese options and meats (mostly sausage).

Beautiful pastries shop with an amazing at home cozy feel. This place smells like love! I had a lovely latte and the most delicious quiche I have ever had in my life! I don’t even like eggs but this was on a whole other level. Highly recommend, have you a relaxing morning at park street pastry.
