Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I love Whataburger but this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. We waited over 25 min for our food. 5 people who came in after us got their food before us and were done eating and leaving before we even got our food. Then to top it off I had to go back in because they only gave us part of our order and when I asked for help to get the rest of the order they just stood there and looked at me. Finally someone else came and helped us. Skip this Whataburger and take your business elsewhere.

Just moved to Boerne and our first visit was fine when we dined in. We went through the drive through today around 12:45 pm CST. The girl taking our order was giggling the entire time when taking our order (someone was flirting with her inside). We get our food and drinks and drive off. The fries were COLD and we asked for light ice and no ice in our two drinks. They had ice up to the top. Her giggling and not listening to customers impacted her ability to perform her job. I would remove this employee from the drive through. Do better! On the positive side, the Burgers were amazing. Cheers to the Cooks!

The food tastes really good and the service is usually very prompt and polite! You can even ask for them to leave off the bun on any burger/sandwich you want if you ate gluten intolerant and they’ll package it in a nice to-go box. My only complaint is that when you order a burger with mo bun, they almost always forget to include the sauce that comes with said burger. On one occasion, they even left out the bacon on my “Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger.”

Initially went the the drive thru. BLT was put together in a sloppy manner, all the bacon lumped together on one side of the sandwich, a huge handful of lettuce was applied, the sandwich was very soggy and inedible. None of the sauces that were requested were in the bags. When I went inside to request my sauces, the manager was at the counter and repeatedly yelled to the kitchen, asking for help, to which nobody responded. There was a huge drink spill between the kitchen and the front counter, which was ignored, and people kept just walking thru it. This was the first and last time that I will visit this location. Being busy does not mean that the quality of your product or service should be compromised.

The food is outstanding like always , but not that happy with customer service. Clerk at drive through did not greet or was polite. What really bother me above all was that he only gave me 3 ketchups for all 6 meals I order and when I sent my kid inside to get more they only gave him 1 more. Smh

Food was poorly put together, soggy, and cold. Items were missing from our order, and even after going inside for items, they still forgot them. Store was dirty, with spilled drinks on the floor. The manager was at the front yelling to the back for more help. Overall, very poor experience. Will not revisit.

John the evening manager has been rude on multiple occasions when my friends and I have gone in around midnight, cussing and being rude to the other employees. As a manager there is no reason to be cussing to and/or about the staff I can see why people wouldn’t want to stay longer to help out when you’re talking poorly about them

3/5 sympathy stars to however has the displeasure of working for these managers and it doesn’t just stop at the staff. They are also very rude and condescending to their own customers. If I could, I would give this store negative stars. They are literally the worst people I have ever encountered. Order at your own risk.
