I frequent this location often because it’s in my neighborhood. Occasionally, I will have a mishap with my order, However, this post is to highlight how quickly Ivan and Shanna apologize and offer a solution.This location has a polite and friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean, both indoors & the grounds.

This Chick Fil A is AWFUL. Prices are going up while this location’s quality is going down. The piece of chicken is flatter than a piece of cardboard. The other location on MacArthur is so much better. I will never go back to this one again.

All of the food was dry, the strips were tough and the breading was too hard to eat. My husband had to feel off the crust from the chicken. My lettuce were super dirty. Gross.

THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Chick Fil A location! I ordered through the drive-thru this evening and realized I didn’t get a salad when I got home. I had the courtesy of calling them when I drove ALL the way back and they told me to bring the receipt as proof (which I did) and when I get there the girl with the glasses (not in a red shirt or Shaina the manager) treated me in SUCH A DEGRADING manner. After showing her the receipt she actually asked me if I had my food to show as proof that I indeed did not receive my salad.

Ive been coming to this chick fil several times since i work 5 minutes from there. During lunch time its always crazy packed and drive thru takes long so I usually order on the app and pick up carryout. Yesterday during my lunch around 1:00 pm I got there and there was an empty parking stop at the front so i go ahead and parked there and wait for the notification when my food was ready. No more than 2 minutes go by and a employee comes up to me saying I could not park there. Keep in mind there was no sign nor cone saying otherwise. He said that parking was for drive thru ( for cars from drive thru to wait for their food if needed). I told him I was waiting for my food for carryout and he said I still needed to move. I didn’t made it a big deal so i just moved and had to park next door at Taco bell , since chick fil doesnt have enough parking for customers. I then go inside to pick up my food and I drive to my job to eat there. I ordered the spicy deluxe meal & Im literally a few bites done eating my sandwich when I notice a bug stuck to the bun on the inside of the sandwich. It kinda looks like a grayish colored ladybug. I immediately stopped eating & I didn’t had time to go back to chick fil a to show them cause I had like 5 minutes left from my lunch. I already complained through the app & they are supposed to call me within 1-2 days . Im glad I saw the bug before eating it or how knows If i ate some without knowing .They should be more careful when serving customers.

Hardest and driest chicken sandwich I ever had. I might could understand if it was closing time. This was during the dinner rush. It had to be leftover from the lunch rush. Terrible. No quality control at all. The nuggets I ordered is the only reason they get 2 stars

Not one to typically complain, especially about Chick Fil A, because it is always consistent and solid. Today I mobile ordered ahead of time and typically they prep your order until you let Chick Fil A know you are at the pickup location on the app. My food must have been made right when I ordered, because it was already bagged up by the time I arrived to pick it up. It had to be sitting there for like 20+ minutes and the food was cold. Soggy, cold fries and buns are not what i expect from Chick fil a.
