Employees seemed to not care about their jobs or customers. Wrong order, wouldn’t exchange because the guy didn’t give me a receipt in the drive thru. One employees rudely asked if were missing something because we were waiting for our drinks. The employee behind him was getting our drinks. No communication to effective get orders out timely and correct.

I think that of all fried chicken places this is by far my favorite. I ordered the 12 piece mixed box and asked for 6 spicy and 6 original which they did with no question. This item comes with 2 large sides- I got the mashed potato and gravy and coleslaw and added a large side of red beans and rice. If you are not into spice I would not suggest the spicy…it is the kind of spice that slowly gets you, if you are into spice like me, you should be satisfied. If you haven’t tried Popeyes before I highly recommend stopping by and picking some up. I believe it is hands down the best fast food chicken anywhere. ( fast food restaurants )

Got the family meal and the employee asked if I would like to add another side, I thought why not. I added Large Red Beans & Rice. Was in a great mood and tipped the guy at the window. Upon arriving home and checking the food, the red beans and rice weren’t in there. I called the store and there was no answer. Not like I was going to drive all the way back to get a $5 side anyways, but just left a bad impression on me.

Don’t miss Tuesday special two pieces of chicken for a ridiculously low amount of money. If you don’t like Popeyes chicken, you probably need to eat something different. They are seasoning and breading are the best possible. Also, the way they cook it, it always comes out just perfect. Kentucky fried chicken is terrible in comparison.

I come for the drive-through at 4:46 pm and I get three pieces chicken and a Coke and when they give it to me the fries are really cold and the chicken was really greasy and it was a hair to on one of the chicken. It was absolutely disgusting I go back to the restaurant to get a refund so one of the crew member go to find the manager . She was not friendly at all, and the only person that say I apologize and I’m sorry for the inconvenience it was a crewmember. She don’t even look at me of the eye and is really like wow how a managers you don’t know how to manage customers or even say sorry or apologize .

Ok. I’m guilty of going to this Popeyes each week. Also spend a lot of time working it off at the gym . Anyway, this Popeyes is very tasty. The chicken is always fresh and the biscuits are still warm when I get home. Service is a ton faster than it used to be. Good spot. I’ll keep going back.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. No one here speaks any English to communicate anything properly. Not even the manager. The manager seems to either be way too stressed to handle this job or on drugs because he snapped at several customers before snapping at me to confirm an order that I had already confirmed long before he asked and already had the directions up of the customer I was delivering to. He was rude, yelling, and throwing obscenities at me while I was rushing to get out because it looked like he was trying to follow me out to my car which made me feel extremely unsafe. I hope this entire building figures it out before it becomes another gas station. I can guarantee that the people delivering yalls food don’t need to confirm anything in front of you. We have to do that to deliver it to them, idiots.
