This was a very disappointing Valentine’s Day lunch experience.
We dine out frequently and are familiar with what to expect from Red Robin, but this visit missed the mark on nearly every level. Our total was over $60, which made the poor quality and service even more frustrating.
I ordered the A1 Burger, which was $18, and it was so overly salty that I couldn’t finish it. It completely overpowered everything else and was honestly unpleasant to eat. I also ordered the short stack onion rings, which were just okay at best — nothing memorable and certainly not worth the price.
Service was consistently inattentive. We never received drink refills unless we asked, and we never received a refill on the unlimited fries at all. My wife specifically ordered extra crispy fries, and that request was completely forgotten. These are basic expectations, especially when a restaurant advertises unlimited sides and charges premium prices.
For a holiday lunch, this was a major letdown. Poor service, poorly executed food, and pricing that doesn’t match the experience. We won’t be returning.

For a place that specializes in burgers they should be ashamed. 18.99 plus tax for a Madlove burger and 4 onion rings. This burger patty was almost as thin as the bacon, and no flavor of any kind. All the junk they put on it had some taste,but the thing that MAKES it a burger, the meat, ridiculous. That was after we stood around for 15 mins waiting on someone to seat us on a monday at noon with maybe 8 people in the whole place. I remembered why I haven’t been to one in years.

First time ever here and our server Diana she was sooo amazing helped in so many ways and was very happy to do so. Before we could ask for anything she already had it coming. We just went to wingstop on Penn and it was so bad waited an hour never got our food so this was amazing hot fresh food and good would have showed the burger but all that was left on the baby’s plate was the fries lol well worth the travel. Made us feel like they really valued us as customers got to meet the manager as well he greeted us from the door and checked on our table

The fries, queso, and burgers were room temperature / cold. Major disappointment.
The endless fries were slow to arrive and sub par. The burgers are too expensive. Everything tasted good, but not a good experience.
Plenty of parking and the staff was friendly. It wasn’t busy so not sure if our waitress was busy or it was the kitchen for the above issues.

Our waiter was polite yet was forgetting everything we requested as well him asking us if we needed anything but didn’t bring it to the table. We ordered a mango regular margarita and received a lime margarita on the rocks vs what I wanted was frozen mango. I ordered a strawberry margarita and received a watered-down strawberry margarita with the ice chips (frozen) visited 5.23.25 about 1pish, 1st Time customer. Was expecting blissful cuisine, maybe next visit.

The food was amazing! Our server, Val did an excellent job! I want to give a huge thank you to the young man who worked behind the counter! I fell on my way to the use the restroom and he helped me up! When I fall, I am unable to get up on my own at all. He went behind me and gently lifted me up a little at a time until I was able to stand on my own! This employee totally deserves a HUGE thanks for his help! I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name!

Haven’t been to a Red Robin in some time and had a great experience. The food was good, and the server provided great service. The price per person was pretty high for a burger and fries which may have contributed to it being very slow on a Friday night. Ended up being about a hundred for a party of 4 with the tip.

I haven’t been to Red Robin in about ten years! We saw the $9.99 burgers & bottomless sides advertised and thought we’d give it a shot! All around 4 stars. Most of the food was great (reg fries, sauces, salads, burgers), but the sweet potato fries could have been more fresh/hot. The only thing that was slow was getting our check at the end. I remember not loving their fries years ago, but they have now got me hooked! Their seasoning and sauce with the fries was extremely tasty! We will definitely be coming back – a reasonably-priced, family-friendly restaurant.

I recently visited Red Robin and ordered the Whisky River BBQ burger with garlic fries. Unfortunately, the burger was just okay—I didn’t even finish it, which says a lot. However, the garlic fries were quite delicious and not overwhelming.
The staff service was minimal; they only interacted with me to take my order, drop off the food, and bring the bill. Additionally, the restaurant environment was unpleasantly noisy. There was a high-pitched ringing noise, likely from the ice machine, and a loud drilling noise every minute or two, which was quite disruptive. Initially, I thought it was a blender, but I never saw one being used.
To top it all off, the meal was ridiculously priced. For two people with Dr. Peppers, the total came to over $50, which is far too expensive for the quality of the food and the overall experience. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I definitely won’t be returning.
