This place was phenomenal. The service was unmatched – probably the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I know we went months ago but I feel like such an idiot not remembering our server’s name (I think it was David). He was friendly, polite, accommodating, and hilarious. Without him, the quality of our experience couldn’t have been touched.

We had a very yummy relaxed dinner at west side grill. We have been meaning to try it and it is a little bit of a drive but we made the trip for the summer promo with 2 for 1 entree. We both ended up getting steaks and the Brussel sprouts to share. Both steaks tasted amazing and the sauces are also very good. We tried a couple of drinks and had no complaints. Dinning on the patio was quite and enjoyable and service was not rushed but didn’t feel like anything took took long. The vibe inside was very cool as well. We would definitely return for special occasions in the future.

This was the 1st time I was here, and I was impressed. For the moment I saw the margarita flights on facebook, I knew this was it. The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was very nice. We sat outside though the inside was very classy. The appetizers was great. The mozzarella sticks were gigantic. Drinks were great. My company always makes the good 10xs better. I can’t wait to eat there again. And I want the tomahawk steak!

My husband and I dined last night and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is very upscale, the food was delicious. I had the west side salad, which was outstanding, and my husband had the mushroom ravioli. Both were excellent. We both had steaks which were cooked to perfection, and the complementary sourdough bread was awesome. The highlight of the night was our server Mary, who was absolutely outstanding. We will be back!

My partner and I came here for sunday brunch after finding out about this place by doing a google search for brunch spots in the area. We drive my The Hyatt off of 222 all the time and had idea this restaurant existed inside. We LOVED it! It is so modern and beautiful inside. The light fixtures are so swanky, the color palette is cozy and modern, the seating was comfortable and spacious.

Delicious!! Had a coupon from the Dream Come True Calendar and I’m so glad Westside Grill was included this year. Hope they become a regular contributor! Made reservations since it was a holiday weekend and my husband and I took my son, his girlfriend and my mom who was visiting from out of town. Everyone loved their meals and would definitely come back. We ordered a fillet, crab cakes, Caesar salad with shrimp and a salmon Caesar salad. Also, bang bang shrimp, ahi tuna, Brussel sprouts, crème brûlée. We were celebrating my moms birthday and they brought out a huge piece of chocolate cake, no charge, for the birthday girl! The cake was fantastic!! The server was wonderful, very attentive and even though it got crowded we didn’t feel rushed. You can be sure we’ll be back again, with or without the coupon!

Dined at the Westside Grill during my two night stay at the Hyatt Place in Allentown. Was very impressed with this establishment. The food, decor, and service was fantastic both nights I ate here. Actually this is one of the nicest restaurants within a Hyatt that I’ve ever dined at, the resturant was packed both nights I was there which was a Monday and Tuesday night. I highly recommend the Westside Grill!

Check# 3993 Server Jayla C. Date Aug 18th. We called in a take out order for 5 co-workers. We all had high expectations as our company is located next to the hotel and restaurant and we use as well as recommend both consistently. Unfortunately this was not the case, as our order was messed up on three occasions. Initially we called in the order and were told that it would be ready at 11:45pm. Shortly after placing the order we were called and advised that the meat could not be cooked raw as it was shredded, we understood and accepted the steak as medium. At 1145pm we arrive to pick up our order. To our surprise our order was never processed. Per the hostess she was not sure we confirmed the order, this was absurd as we had spoken to her 2 times and provided payment. There was no other follow up call needed. After reordering we are told to come back at 12:45pm. After our second trip we arrive at the office now an hour later than our lunch time. When we distribute the food we notice there was no fries for one of the main platters. We call and report this issue. Again we speak to the hostess who tells us to call back at 2pm to talk to a manager. I find this absurd as they messed up and should take the responsibility of following up with the customer. However I again oblige and call to speak to the manager, only to be told that he/she was on a virtual meeting! I wanted to laugh, how does a customer who has now been inconvenienced multiple times have to keep chasing the manager, this is not McDonalds, I expected a lot more from a so called high end restaurant. But it gets better, when I go and check my card statement I see that I was double charged for my order. This was just the cherry on top! Even tough days later the double charge was cleared, the frustration and lack of follow up had already ruined my dining experience. I had upcoming brunch reservations and decided to cancel. This lack of service needs to be addressed.

First time there for brunch. Our server David was great. The food was all very good. There were so many choices from breakfast foods to prime rib and shrimp. Of course the desserts were abundant and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch and will definitely return.
