I for whatever reason continue to give this place chances, but every time I go there this place messes my order up. They consistently forget patties, give you the wrong size, or just straight up give you attitude to do their job. The worst part is their store phone doesn’t even work, so you cannot call to fix a mistake. I will not give this place any more chances or any more of my money and I encourage everyone to do the same.

We visited KU for our daughter’s Color Guard competition, we decided to stop & get a quick bite afterwards…
We used the app to place our order… not only did it take them about 30 minutes to prep our food but after the order was shown as on its way it didn’t come, after about 10 to 15 minutes we pressed the button to inquire about our order. We finally received our food and went on our way back too Tennessee, as we were passing the food out to eat, it was cold… my daughter’s chili dog had a hair in the food… by this point she was not than halfway grub eating it & we were already a good 15 miles away… the place was packed & other customers were leaving due to the long wait… better management and more staff is needed at this location.

Everytime I go there it takes forever to get your order. I don’t it of just lack of staff or what.
