Absolutely amazing food. Everything we ordered was outstanding.
We had the Quesamar Tacos, the Cioppino seafood pasta, and a half order of short ribs, and every single dish exceeded expectations.
The short ribs were deep-fried and then coated in sauce, perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside. The texture was spot on, and the sauce added so much flavor without feeling heavy.
The Cioppino seafood pasta was another highlight. The seafood was extremely fresh, especially the shrimp, which were plump, bouncy, and perfectly cooked. The slightly tangy tomato broth made the dish very refreshing and appetizing, not overly rich, and easy to keep eating.
The tacos were very hearty and satisfying. The meat was well prepared, aromatic, and full of flavor, with great depth in seasoning. You can really taste the care that went into each bite.
Overall, the freshness of the ingredients, the textures, and the layered flavors truly stood out. This is the kind of place you immediately want to recommend to friends after finishing your meal.
The service was excellent and genuinely attentive!!!

Man! All around great experience. VERY friendly professional waiter. He made a recommendation of the queso Mare tacos. SO GOOD! Great recommendation based off what i told him in was in the mood for. My wife ordered buffalo wings. The wings were cooked the way we like them, not sloppy with sauce, but load with flavor. Easy parking, friendly service, great presentation, delicious food. The coleslaw makes the plate look great, but is now in my top 2 faves for coleslaw in town. Highly recommend this place. Only $40 for 2 people. I hope this place stays around.

These fall-off-the-bone ribs were the best I’ve had in years. The mango habanero sauce was perfect with a nice kick. The breakfast burrito was excellent, and the steak fries were crispy with a nice fluffy interior. Our server Jose was friendly and responsive. Great food and service!

I spent about 50 for 3 dishes for 2 people. I hope Google could have negative stars in the future since this restaurant deserves it.
If you want to try this restaurant, better just throw your money into the trash bin.
# Shrimp taco: I was mislead by the other reviewer’s picture. The shrimp is so small that you could not even find it. ( I didn’t take pictures of this since I didn’t plan to leave a comment at the beginning, but the more I eat the more I think I need to tell the truth and do a favor for others)
# House salad: some of the lettuce is rotten.
# Slider: the chicken is even not fully cooked, the meat is still raw in the middle.
I ordered the carry out. No wonder there’s nobody in the restaurant during the dinner time when I went for the pickup.

Nice to have a new spot in Cottonwood, Arizona that has a wide menu with great prices. Their service was awesome. The waiter was so nice and checked on us several times. Everybody loves free chips ! The first thing they brought. I got the ribs which were melt off the bone Half rack with mashed potatoes and coleslaw for 20 bucks. An amazing price. My boyfriend got the shrimp scampi and was super pleased. I hope they keep up the great job and do well in this area.

We dined at The Golden Trebol tonight. I ordered the baby back ribs, coleslaw and garlic mashed potatoes. My husband had a Caesar salad and a skirt steak. Each meal was absolutely delicious. Everything is cooked from scratch. These are the best ribs I’ve had in this entire valley. The coleslaw was fresh and delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal. We can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu. For those who enjoy good quality fresh food and delicious flavors, this is the place! And the prices are very reasonable. Thank you Javier!

Needed a quick bite and saw that this was a newer restaurant and already had 5 stars. Thought I’d stop in for a quick lunch. Plenty of parking outside and it’s only been open a crew weeks so traffic is still light. The space will accommodate parties large or small. Hostess was friendly and sat me promptly. Service was courteous and prompt. I preferred a turkey wrap and sweet potato fries. The wrap was really quite good for being a simple wrap… much better than your ‘subway’ style wrap for sure. Clearly better ingredients. Prices were fair. Clean and well cared for space. I’ll be back for sure. They had several seafood dishes I’d like to try.

This restaurant is pretty new, and not all too many people even know it exists, but it’s well worth it. Golden trebol has incredible food, great decor and food presentation, and the service was great for only having the two brothers running the place. I went with my mother and great grandmother and all of us loved it. Mom and Grandma both got fish tacos with slaw and they loved it. I got a buffalo wrap and it was well worth it.
