First time here. I was visiting from Bama. It looks like the rest of the other Cracker Barrels that I have been to. Service was good. I ordered coffee and water no ice. Both tasted well. Food was good and lots of it for the price. I had the Grandpa’s country fried steak with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and hashbrown casserole. They also put out biscuits and gravy for appetizers. Really good and filling. Lots of leftovers in our party. Rocked the rocking chairs while we waited. Bathroom was cleaned and well stocked. Recommend and will return some day soon.

So the food was maybe a 4/10 . The service wasn’t even a 1/10. But atleast the atmosphere was nice. There was 2 of us so I only got a picture of my plate but the way they cooked the meat was over cooked. The Best part of the whole experience was the people sitting next to us and the tea. Other than that I will never be going back to that location again. It was the first time in my adult life I didn’t tip. So that’s my feedback.

If I could give this dirty excuse of a restaurant a negative infinity score, I would. The “meat loaf” was burnt and disgusting. It looked dry and it fell apart. The mashed potatoes and macaroni were cold (the rude male waiter told me I had been gone from my table 10 mins. but all I did was go outside to get a jacket because it was cold inside) but the worst part was the green beans looked like they were someone else’s left overs. The other person I was with was ignored the entire time we sat there. Their pancakes were ok but the waiter never came back to ask if they needed anything. Instead of informing the manager about the food he took an attitude with me because I asked the plate cost to be removed from the bill. Please save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. Location: 11030 IH 10 W San Antonio, Texas 78230. Run don’t walk away from this place. This place is a sad situation.

I have always loved shopping at Cracker Barrel. They have a great selection of gift items in the store—from kids toys, home decor, food items, to holiday decorations—I always find something special here. They started carrying beautiful battery operated snow globes. They are a bit pricey, but are worth it because they’re so unique.

Our waitress was excellent at paying attention to our order and bringing our order promptly I gave it four stars because we did have to wait without having a wait staff person come to our table for at least 10 minutes The hostess finally came to our table and apologize stating that there was a shift change in weight staff so this was understandable. The food was excellent and very price competitive. The little shop was well stocked and prices on merchandise were extremely competitive with other online and brick and mortar stores.

I always enjoy the great comfort food that Cracker Barrel serves, however, I also want to point out that I probably spend more money inside their store front area. For unique and unusual holiday decorations, I start here first since most of these items are exclusive to Cracker Barrel. And they look great! My favorite this year is the Christmas Unicorn. Definitely worth stopping by, when out shopping for holiday decorations.

Usually, I’m not a big fan of Cracker Barrel but they did not disappoint this time! They have new items that they added for the new year! The Chicken and French Toast was amazing! Added sides of loaded hasbrown and loaded sweet baked potato that was sooo good as well!!! I’ve also had the blackberry tea and I couldn’t stop myself from wanting refills. ONE THING, I wasn’t a big fan of the peach cobbler.. it didn’t taste so good like I thought it would, but other than that. I would most likely come back.

3 adults in the party. One had breakfast, was excellent. 2 had Tuesday special, meat loaf. Both had a whole lot of gristle, to the point it wasnt edible. Mentioned it to the manager, they have an allowance off the meal. Credit to them for doing that.
