Nice buffet but you can also order off the menu. Clean and everyone was very polite. Must ask for your senior discount though. Drinks are $3.

The best buffet I’ve ever been to! Everything was well-seasoned and very flavorful. The cooked-to-order food and appetizers were just as good. Onion rings with chipotle ranch were crispy and amazing. Rolls and honey butter are addicting! They don’t skimp you on the butter.

Food was okay but I’ve had better. Staff was kind and did great. Salad bar was the best food. They provided plastic gloves to each adult that you were expected to wear while at the food bars.

I had “the whole” choosing from salad bar, soups, multiple starters, rice, noodle, Mac n cheese, and number of desserts…taste was so good. The service was so good. A great place to bring kids n family. Has banquet hall…quick menus n ala Cart are available too.

Upon entering, We weren’t greeted. Instead the two ladies at the counter asked if they could help us. Once we let them know that we were coming to dine in, they did direct us over to the ordering counter. At the order encounter, the lady didn’t give any explanation of how things work. I had to ask her about the hot bar before she explained that you could either order an entree off of the menu or do the ‘all you can eat’ buffet. I guess all of the front of the house staff assume that everyone coming through the doors knows how things work here. We didn’t.

We haven’t had Western Sizzin in decades since there aren’t many left. Yeast rolls were delicious! Steaks were cooked as ordered and were surprisingly very good. My wife ate on the buffet and she had a great meal!

This place was absolutely horrendous it was nasty! I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant. Me and my family stopped here during a 20 hour car ride expecting a warm and comforting southern food. WE GOT ANYTHING BUT THAT! Everything looked absolutely inedible and the few things that looked decent were also horrible. I would have had a better experience going to a dive bar! Anyone who likes this buffet clearly belongs in a mental asylum. I got pop after I wanted a Dr. Pepper all day and it tasted like Mr. Salt. We couldn’t even get the steak because of how outrageously expensive it was! This restaurant has ruined my whole vacation and I will never be coming back.

The food is decent. Service is usually good. Today a young man behind the dessert counter was sitting on the counter on his cell phone. Then without even wiping the counter, he proceeded to place food on the counter. Not very sanitary and not professional or productive.
