When you got a culver’s in your town. McDonald’s, Burger king and the rest can sit down. The burgers are absolutely delicious. All the sides are excellent especially if you love krinkle cuts lol. I stopped in for a quick meal and left rethinking every burger I’ve ever had. The ButterBurger was insanely juicy, like bite-into-it and instantly feel like you’ve made the right decision. The bun was soft, the cheese perfectly melted, and every topping tasted fresh.
But the real star? The cheese curds. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and honestly addictive. I could eat a whole bag of those things and call it dinner.
Fries were solid too. Crinkle-cut with a nice crunch. I dipped them in both marinara and Boom Boom sauce, which turned out to be a weirdly amazing combo.
The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and my food came out quick. Culver’s just gets it right.

Very good food but their curbside pickup service is one of the worst. Tend to wait a long time after getting to there to get your food. Sometimes they serve people that arrive after you. The other day had to wait over 30 minutes for my food and when they finally delivered it they were missing part of my order.

I’m really disappointed with my experience today. I ordered from Culver’s and unfortunately several basic things were missed. There were no straws, no napkins, and none of the condiments I specifically requested (extra mayonnaise and ketchup on the side). On top of that, the food arrived extremely cold, and my meal was incomplete.
I’ve genuinely tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt and this was my third chance, but after working nearly 60 hours this week, this was incredibly frustrating. I was really looking forward to a simple, accurate order, and instead it was a major letdown.
I say this respectfully, but there seems to be a need for better attention to detail and additional training. I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but this experience fell far below expectations, and I won’t be ordering again.

This is an excellent Culver’s location. I recommend the Culver’s Deluxe ButterBurgers, Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp due to their juiciness and flavor. This location USED to be good but the quality has declined. They got our order incorrect 3 different times, even after I asked 3 different team members to please double check the order, it was still not correct. The staff gave us a hard time about getting what they messed up in our order when we went back to pick up the food. We didn’t want to argue so we just decided to boycott this location and unfortunately we can’t recommend this establishment any longer. It’s a shame because we loved coming here over the years but with the consistent mistakes and lack of accountability, I would recommend that you take your hard earned money elsewhere.

*Edit: Believe I also got food poisoning for here. I got sick shortly after eating the burger and fries and had one of the worst nights, literally feeling like I was dying. Yea I won’t be eating at Culver’s again. Sad because they really do have good burgers but after this experience i cannot eat there anymore :/
