I was very impressed by the employees for keeping their cool. The lady in front of me took over 10 minutes to order at the drive thru because she keep kept changing her mind. And then, when she got up to the window she changed her mind again about what she wanted to drink. The employees handled a frustrating situation way better than I did.

Edit: The answer to my dilemma, is this place does not multi-task. My order of frosty and chili was on hold, while the whole team made burger-fries-soda orders. When the team couldn’t speed up the single order they were working, they just stood there. The frosty machine stood idle until my turn. The chili ladle was untouched until my order. Fair? Maybe. Fast? Not a chance.
Original: Another super-slow restaurant that’s supposed to be “fast food” enough that I am able to get the food and eat in 30 min. I worked across the parking lot, and they couldn’t give me enough time to eat. Doordash and all the cars are served first, then walk in customers. They really weren’t busy, it wasn’t rush hour. The manager did talk to the cashier for a while as I waited to put in my order. They didn’t have to cook anything, but there was no sense of urgency, like at McD’s. Does anyone get more than a half hour for lunch? How do people drive here and eat on lunch hour? Another no- meal evening for me. This place sucks.
Subway gives me a much better chance of eating lunch on a 30-minute break. In the same parking lot. A much healthier option with a full portion of vegetables.

We came into the Wendy’s in Parker off Lincoln. We were met by the cashier, Rhett. What a nice, friendly, personable young man who looks you straight in the eyes when speaking with you. My husband and I were very impressed by his maturity.

They’re good WHEN they take your order. Have tried twice in the past week (around noon – 1:00 pm) to go through the drive thru and I don’t know if it’s the AI ordering or workers not wanting to work, but have received zero response after waiting for 5 minutes and even asking , “hello?”

I waited in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes for them to give me 3 cold burgers where the cheese isnt even melted and the patties look and feel like they were sitting out for hours if not days, fries were stale and cold so were my chicken nuggets. I honestly hope this entire location closes down or get a whole new staff bc this is ridiculous.

I ordered the honey barbecue sauce nuggets, and when I pull up to the window, the drive-through lady was extremely rude and wasn’t like paying any attention to me and then proceeded to not tell me that they were out of honey barbecue and I saw then pouring the regular barbecue sauce packets on them instead

Wendy’s. Where you pay full price but get half the food. This was after we waited 10 minutes in the drive through because they didn’t have any chicken or beef ready (two hours before close). All of the employees were outside smoking when we pulled up. Maybe best to make sure you have food for customers before taking your smoke? Do better Wendys…

They have an AI taking orders now. It puts one thing on the menu window at drive thru and then something different at the payment window. Walked inside to ask about the over charge and they said oh the AI makes a price increase so now you pay MORE … false advertising then thanks Wendy’s bad customer service ok

Not only did they give me the wrong meal. They didn’t even give me the receipt. They definitely over charged me for the meal they provided and didn’t have the decency to pick up the phone when I called once I got home. The speaker in the drive thru is taped up with black tape that was the first red flag. I would like a refund but don’t have a receipt to actually compliant. Would never go there again. I don’t even think they cooked my kids burger looks horrible!

No idea how this place is still in business. The employees are slow and disconnected. They don’t greet customers. There’s zero sense of urgency, and half the time I have to tell them what i ordered. Whoever is responsible for training these workers has failed them miserably.
