Went for breakfast and it wasn’t bad at all. The Maple Bacon Croissant Chicken Sandwich was surprisingly very good, as were the seasoned potato wedges that came with it. The coffee definitely wasn’t anything to write home about but it wasn’t the worst ever. The highlight for me was the Chicken Sandwich, really subtle on the Maple but just strong enough that you know it’s there. The Potato Wedges are also amazing! To me these are way better than McDonald’s Hash-browns. All in all this was a great experience for us, definitely will be back!

The management here clearly has given up. Although there were some employees standing around doing nothing (this was 3:00 in the afternoon), the floors were dirty, trash strewn everywhere, all trash cans (lobby and bathroom) were full and covered with old food. They were out of ketchup, out of ice, and out of napkins. Although both napkin dispensers were empty and I pointed that out when I asked for napkins, the employee brought me napkins and then went back to standing around instead of filling the napkin dispensers. The bathroom is gross with wallpaper peeling off the walls. Bleh! Gross! Yuck!

Have to preface this review with a little boomer rant: nobody really cares about their work anymore, especially in the restaurant industry. This Wendy’s is a refreshing change to that typical state of mind. The lobby’s clean and maintained, the employees are friendly and efficient, the burgers are cooked right and assembled perfectly, and the fries were filled to the brim of every container.

Terrible! I went thru the drive thru and my order was wrong when i got home. Should have checked it but didn’t. When placing my order there was no communication from the other side. I had to keep checking to see if they were still there and when i brought this up to the manager who was unprofessional in a lazy sense. She acknowledged she was the manager and said she was over looking everything. After telling her my issue, she proceeded to see if i wanted an extra drink. Really?? When i got home, my order was wrong. She over looked nothing. I’m requesting a refund

First time around we got our food it was cold and terrible, but the manager came in and made it all fresh and was extremely sweet. She definitely made the experience amazing and we’ll be going back. Wish I caught her name but she has short brown hair and she’s the best!!! Thanks again sweetheart

I just handed a large fry through the window and asked the cashier would she eat these. I grabbed a hand full of COLD fries. The whole container was filled to the brim with COLD HALF COOKED OLD FRIES. You’d think with the new policy of fresh hot fries that you would get that but instead I had to wait for 10+ mins for fresh fries. How do people seriously feel that mediocrity is acceptable. You have time to play I. The kitchen you have time to do your jobs. Sad excuse for staff seriously.

Sitting here waiting for my food. Lots of staff with ZERO sense of urgency. Manager unfriendly and only concern is the drive through window. No effort taken to look on on and assist her staff. Zero communication in the kitchen. Staff all look miserable, meanwhile cars litterally wrap around the entire building and 15 people unpatiently waiting in line.

I had one of the most bazaar experiences at a fast food place last night. They only had small cups, they didn’t have lemonade or Frosties. I pull up to the window and there are two employees fighting inside. One said the other was “On his man period” and then they started arguing over who’s car was faster. Which is funny because there were no good cars in the parking lot. After leaving the sprite I ordered had a brown tint to it and tasted really funny. And then in a first ever experience for me my burger tasted watered down. I don’t know how they were able to remove all taste from a burger and replace it with water but they figured it out.
