Ordered a medium deep dish pizza half cheese half sausage. Was told it would be 1 hour for delivery. After 1 hour 30 minutes called to check on status and was told it was in route. 2 hours after ordering I received the delivery. The pizza is burnt and has puddles of grease. When I called to speak with a manager, Oscar said they could remake the pizza and take the one I received back but I would have to wait another hour. The only other option he offered was a discount towards another pizza.
This is not the quality that beggars is known for. My father used to work for Beggars and it was never like this.
I would not recommend this location at all.

After eating here we all got extremely sick!! I waited over a week to have someone call me regarding this. Asking if I had a doctors note saying it was food poisoning. Obviously after getting as sick as we did and this was the only thing my party of different house had and we all got sick this would be the main cause. Why would we need a doctor and a HIGH BILL that Beggars wouldn’t pay for to explain this. Speaking with a manager regarding this she didn’t care whatsoever about the issue. She didn’t work that day and just assumed they knew what they were doing. She didn’t even care these Were CHILDREN sick!! Zero stars. I should have knew to go else where when we first walked in the person who took our order started taking it walked away mid conversation an another woman came up to the with zero interest in the situation. But I guess that makes sense they can’t hold staff … “express dining” never heard of anything like that before.

A very well run operation. Ordered pizza for pick up on New Year’s Eve & when I arrived, this place was jumping!! Paid for my order and cashier told me it would be out of the oven in 5 minutes. Lots was happening so, 20 minutes later guy with an apron calls my name and I step up to the counter. ‘We didn’t make your pizza right, gotta redo it’. He apologized sincerely & offered to have it delivered so I didn’t have to hang around. I accepted (no big deal, it’s pizza, stuff happens, grace, all the good stuff!) He’s then waived the purchase price for the pizza! I’ve seen this in situations where the customer was ranting or creating a scene etc but, rarely because it shows appreciation for the patron. I am a ‘brand loyal’ person. If they treat me right, we good! I will continue to support Beggars Pizza because they treated me as a valued customer. Great job

Main double doors are closed as a fire exit. Walked into other doors and was told there’s no dine in. So they said I can sit in the empty dining room and eat. Just drove like hours and tired and hungry. Somebody pulled up to the pick up window and was honking and was ignored.
They told me they have no water available wow no water at a restaurant…. if i wasnt so hungry i would have left already instead I’m sitting here waiting writing this review lol

And can’t believe they didn’t even have water to drink….

Everytime I go through drive thru I’m met with a passive aggressive, nice/nasty attitude from a young Hispanic woman. I order 2 pizza slice and asked for crushed peppers and cheese. She quickly and rudely said it was in the bag but only gave me one each. When I ordered 2 slices of pizza! The food is great but the customer service is bad

My first and last time ordering from here!! Messed up my whole pizza!!! I ordered the Italian beef pizza there’s no peppers on the pizza and the other half is cheese only!! Literally never said no peppers never said one side cheese only!! I understand mistakes but if I’m on the phone speaking to a live person they repeat the order and it’s still incorrect that’s a problem for me!

Beggars pizza has always been my go to choice for suburban pizza. Beggars offers a robust sauce , very flavorful, toppings are always fresh and loaded!! Beggars does not skimp on the toppings, a quality I love a lot.
Service is quick – they do offer a drive thru pick up window for your order.
My negative takeaway is the giardiniera i ordered on the side. It was very very dry !!! Needs to have the juices to go along with it

I placed an order at the drive thru window for the first time a little after 7pm lastnight. A young lady who appeared very distracted, took my order. She was loudly speaking to someone on her phone, on a personal call. She greeted with “hello” and then took my order. I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza. I paid and then she quickly handed my order to me. After leaving the parking lot and arriving at home, I was highly disappointed to find that she gave me two slices of sausage pizza. It was a waste of my money, time, and gas.
