Frigging Teacher
I love Wendy’s, but this is a horribly run location. The management is not doing a good job at all. They are always out of something. The service is very slow. The orders are usually wrong. Today was the last straw. Apparently, the employees have taken it upon themselves to just close the front counter and dining room. They will only take orders from the drive-thru. If things that I CAN see are this poorly run, one can only imagine how bad and nasty things must be in the hidden kitchen. Look at the reviews. How long as it been since this location had any consistant good reviews.

Ordered a salad today. Received black and brown SLIMY lettuce. It was AWFUL. I ordered a Cobb salad. It was missing the cheese, tomatoes, and onions as well. So i received disgusting lettuce, 3 pieces of chicken, egg, and uncooked bacon. I normally don’t complain but this was bad. Hopefully nobody will get sick from this.

Hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Made us pull up to wait on our food, the guy brought it out handed it to my husband, and walked off. Never spoke to either of us, no napkins in the bag. After waiting I was certainly surprised at the cold fries, and hamburger patties so dry you could barely eat the burger. Paid 25.00 for 6.00 quality food. Just ridiculous!!

A couple things with this trip to Wendy’s. First of all they asked me to pull up and they’ll bring my food out but there was nobody behind me in line. That’s always annoying. As for the food, I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, whatever they called it, and the chicken was clearly not fresh because it was cold and really hard. The fries and lemonade were ok.

Asked and paid for extra topping only got old lettuce apples and chicken when it comes apple ,chicken ,blue cheese dried cranberries and fresh lettuce. As you can see this lettuce is so old it’s see thru! My drink and frosty coffee were fine but now I’m going to bed hungry bc I tried to call back to get it fixed and no one answered! Half hour wait on Wednesday at 2 o’clock. Nobody came on the microphone at all to say one moment or anything. Several cars drove away from behind me. Not very professional when they did come on to take my order. No apology. No acknowledgment. I should have read the reviews and went to McDonald’s down the street. 45 minutes later. I take off. They’re missing half of my order. so I reverse it and go wait in line again for another 15 as I have already paid for it. Never again.
