I woke up this morning craving this place. Had the ” You can’t handle the truth” breakfast plate. Honestly was definitely a hangover meal. I could only eat half and it was amazing. Had me going all day. Ordered pancake with sliced banana for my daughter and my husband got a footlong Nathan’s hot dog with slaw and onion rings. One of the best onion rings in town. Always a friendly place.

Solid 4 star Diner
Diners have an old school vibe.
This one hits the mark.
The first bite for everyone was a delicious surprise that kept your fork going back to the plate for more. The food was memorable and the other patrons all had similar reactions.
Why not 5 stars? First impression was slightly off putting…We arrived with a large group of 8. While we were figuring out what to do, we were told that we needed to sit or move because they needed the booth. I am from the school of figuring out a solution together instead of highlighting the problem or the obvious. We obviously figured out a solution and am glad fiat impressions aren’t lasting ones or we wouldn’t have enjoyed our meals as much as we did!
Would recommend this spot for smaller groups of 4 or less. You’ll love it!

The place seems sketchy at first but everyone was extremely nice. I came in here with high expectations about the food and the food was only ok. The grits were very cold but the waitress happily brought out hot grits once we brought it to her attention. However they were not made with love. They were not boiled with salt or butter. We had to doctor them up ourselves. The scrambled eggs were good. The pancake was very dark. The turkey bacon was a tad bit salty. And there was not anything special about the French toast.

If you are going for a fine dining experience, not your place. If you want damn good food, family friendly service, and reasonable pricing, this is your place. Pleasantly surprised and we will definitely be back.
Up date: When you find a place you like, you go three days in a row. OMG, they even make their own chips. Addictive. Thank you, Jessica, we feel like family.

Pancakes were AMAZING. This place has a certain nostalgia about from the Ms Butterworth syrup on the tables, the small local diner feel and the Christmas mug that coffee was served in. I would recommend this place for a quick breakfast , OR!!, if you have an overwhelming taste for good pancakes. They will not disappoint. I will say their coffe is not great at all .

Diners are my favorite places to eat- and Fertitta’s is another reason why. It’s a whole in the wall diner with that old school diner feel, cozy and home-y! The staff is fantastic, and my service couldn’t have been better! You can tell the people really love what they do; the cook, Khyree was singing and just enjoying making the food. He brought out the Chefs Special, which was a breakfast burrito which has sausage, cheese, egg, pico, topped with guacamole, sour cream, & salsa, things seemed easily customizable. Having the ability to make simple substitutions or edits to our food is a big deal for me because I’m a picky eater. lol. But Khyrees food was top notch, and so was our server, Meesha!
The food is affordable, my husband and I both ate and had drinks for $40 (CASH ONLY). The Hungry Man meal came with 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, a 1/4 waffle, one pancake (I got chocolate chip and there is an extra fee to add toppings), toast, and the choice of home fries or grits, and a cup of coffee for 11.99! The portion size was good, and we left completely full!
Thank y’all for such a memorable experience, we will be back

My boyfriend and I have made this our “go to” breakfast spot and each time we have gone I have posted a review. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I love the family feel. Boyfriend had Eggs Your Way with sausage and a side of bacon (he already ate some before I got the picture!) I tried the Cheesesteak Sandwich which fries (that are fresh cut!!) with gravy. Everything tasted super fresh and cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!! The menu posted in this review has prices slightly lower than current prices.
