Good luck to this Wendy’s franchise owner. Every single employee was sitting down or hiding. Not a soul in the place. Cashier proceeded to walk up and say they are out of potatoes and it would be 20 min then continues to walk off picking her nose yelling to an employee. After seeing enough I walked out. 1. Ordered ghost pepper fries and they gave me straight fries in a black tray.
2. Ordered a chicken wrap, and literally I got food on a tortilla. It wasn’t even wrapped.
3. The burger was threw together.
4. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD!!!!!!.
5. THEY HAVE A FAKE PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!
6. ORDERED A PINEAPPLE MANGO LEMONADE, GAVE ME STRAIGHT LEMONADE.

So I’m biting down on the sandwich wondering why I’m tasting a hard plastic texture and to my surprise when I left the dry bread on this sandwich these were the eggs. I don’t understand how a worker can be lazy when this was a mobile order and there was literally no one in the drive through. Wendy’s in Zachary gotta do better.

So I have been sitting at the drive-thru waiting for someone to take my order. After 3 minutes they said that they’re in the middle of shift change and that I can either come back or I can pull around. I told her no I got time to wait. They told me that I have to turn around because they are not allowed to have people sitting on their timer. They said that I was already on their timer for 3 minutes. I told her I got time to wait. They said they’re not able to take my order until they get done with shift change and they’re working with money. Once again I told her no I’m going to sit here so that it’s documented how long it takes y’all to do a shift change. Right now there are vehicles waiting behind me. There are two employees outside smoking. They have no want or desire to work tonight. Obviously management has not been on top of this. At this moment I have been waiting for at least 10 minutes and they still are not done with their shift change. Management should really look at the camera and the order times to prove that they are not doing their job. So now I’m being told that I can’t sit and wait for them to finish their drawer because they’re short. They’re telling me that their manager said that they have to send all the customers away. I told her I got time to wait. She says well what if I tell you there are no chicken nuggets or fries. I told her I can wait. She said I can’t sit in the drive-through on their timer. I told her I can wait for them to finish counting their drawer. Now she is telling me that she is refusing to service me due to the fact that I am waiting.

Asked and paid for extra topping only got old lettuce apples and chicken when it comes apple ,chicken ,blue cheese dried cranberries and fresh lettuce. As you can see this lettuce is so old it’s see thru! My drink and frosty coffee were fine but now I’m going to bed hungry bc I tried to call back to get it fixed and no one answered! Placed a $40.00 order for 2 adults (full large combo meals & dessert) through the mobile app.
I arrived on time as soon as I received the notification through the app informing me my order was just completed and now ready for pickup.
Everything was correct, nothing missing even down to all the sauces requested. ♥️
Staff was friendly & professional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There was not a long wait time through the drive thru line. About 4 minutes total from the time I initially pulled, into the time I pulled out, considering there were 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled in.
My 1 & ONLY reason that I gave a 4/5 total ⭐⭐⭐⭐ is solely due to the food overall was not hot.
98% of the time, my food is fresh & hot. Service is always wonderful. Staff is always professional and consistently diligent to ensure everything is correct and the entire order is complete!
Working fast food is tough in general, so words of encouragement! Keep up the great work! You guys do a wonderful & consistent job every time. That goes a LONG way when customers simply want exactly what they order made hot & fresh. You guys deliver that consistently and it shows. VERY much appreciated!!
