This Wendy’s never has anything that u want to order. Also never any workers takes forever to get an order even placed and another 10 minutes for the food. They need more workers and better service and management of the food ordered to the company.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Went last night at 11 to order food, all lights were off, wasn’t sure if they were even open. The lady was so rude to us. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her by ordering food an hour before they closed. Said in a snippy tone “that’s going to take 20 minutes to make!” We said we would wait. But we only decided to drive away and not get anything when we see the worker slowly making her way from the back up to the front walking at a snails place and looking grumpy and I said that she looked like the most miserable person I have ever seen. I’ll never go here again. Place seems like it needs a complete overhaul. Don’t you understand that your workers are the first line of defense when it comes to an appearance? And when they talk rude and act and look grumpy that it doesn’t even matter about the food anymore, it’s such a huge turn off! Went to the one in Grand Blanc and was treated a hell of a lot better!

I live around the corner from this Wendy’s but try to avoid it at all cost because its always a bad experience. I’m not sure who owns this restaurant but they really need to fire every single person who works here including the managers or they are going to lose all kinds of business. This place is AWFUL! Bad service, the help look like slobs, the red headed cook was disgusting and had a bad attitude, the place was so disgustingly dirty, the women were so rude and dirty looking. GROSS GROSS GROSS! DO NOT EAT HERE!

If I could give a zero star, I would. I will be boycotting your store due to your incompetent workers AND managers. I live near by so it was more convenient for me, but it’s always issue after issue when I leave. My current issue for today is a fried hard spicy chicken asiago that I had to repeat myself 4 times for. Thanks guys!

Dont normally write for fast food. Quality of the food really depends on the shift. My visit 3 weeks ago was great. My visit this week….not so much. My burger was burnt, no lemonade and the staff while slightly busy blamed thier issues on the previous shift and it felt like we were an inconvenience.

I would advise going to a different Wendy’s. These workers are rude to customers they don’t like their fast food job and it shows. They have trouble getting an order correct and get mad at you when you politely let them know what’s wrong. She has a horrible attitude cause she was asked to fix it. She was getting irritated cause we asked a few questions about the menu. Another trip we went for breakfast and they stopped serving it early. My sister asked do you stop at 10:20 or 10:30 she replied rudely with 10:20 knowing she was wrong no apology just an attitude. I won’t return to this Wendy’s.

Terrible, we go on lunch, we have a coupon …. they say they can’t scan the qr code because the company hasn’t updated their software…. so the manager says she can use the coupon she has for regular chicken sandwiches ….I’m saying if I were the manager I would have just used the regular chicken sandwich coupon….and gave the premium sandwiches because she could see the coupon on the phone….and they made us pay for frosty because my free frosty card is only good for baby size…… which they also did not tell me. ……we also had to pull forward and wait even though we were at the window with the Manager for over 15 minutes….. then we still had to Pay 18 bucks for 3 sandwiches and 2 frostys…….very dissatisfied and won’t be going to Wendy’s again
