Clean environment good staff . They treat each like a team and share the same love with the customers . The food was not cold, everything was perfect. I dont live in this area , but when I visit again around I am making a chick-fil-a stop here . My food was fresh and warm, my grilled chicken sandwich was filled with flavor and yummy juice . Rhegan was absolutely wonderful. I was having a hard time deciding what to order, and even though it was the dinner rush around 6:00 and there was a line, she never made me feel rushed or pressured. She was patient, kind, and helped me figure out exactly what would work for me. Her calm, supportive attitude made a stressful moment feel easy, and that kind of customer care really stands out. She’s a great example of excellent service, and you’re lucky to have her.

This is the second or third time I have ordered from this Chik-Fil-A on Uber Eats and they got my order completely wrong. The first order that was wrong was an order for a fried chicken sandwich , which turned out to be a grilled chicken sandwich. Then the second order that is now wrong is a cobb salad with fried chicken that turned out to be a cobb salad with grilled chicken when it got to my house. I cannot eat grilled chicken, so I was not even able to eat what I had purchased.
The entire point of delivery is convenience. There is nothing convenient about having to issue a dispute with Uber Eats or not being able to eat your food because you cannot eat what they have given you. I work hard for my money and i’m not going to be out money because someone can’t do their job correctly.
Additionally , I called to ask if the salad could be replaced , and I was told by a supervisor that the salad could not be replaced because it was purchased through uber eats. Absolutely ridiculous. I will contact cooperate next.
I am not sure who is responsible for packing the uber eats orders , but if they cannot read , then maybe they should not be working in that position.

This place has the worst customer service. It’s a shame because I like chick-fil-a, just not going to this location. It’s wonderful how the owner sends out frequent rewards to members, but the dark haired older woman (30s-40s) who is a manager there, is just so unfriendly unfortunately, which makes it difficult to even want to go there anymore. She is just awful. Should not be in customer service, especially as a manager. She is not fit. Not a friendly face who provides a nice experience. Unfortunate.

Love love love Chick-fil-A! Still high quality food appropriately priced. When all other fast food has declined in quality, Chick-fil-A hasn’t changed it’s commitment to value and customer satisfaction. Yum!

There’s always a long line here, but it’s organized and moves quickly. It’s a pretty typical Chick Fil A experience. Despite the chaotic, two-lane drive through, they always get my order right.

They are so friendly there… I had a grilled chicken club sandwich, waffle fries and a peppermint chip shake (peppermint is my fav and it was delicious)… The only problem I had was the waffle fries were lukewarm not fresh… Next time I go I will ask for fresh french fries well done… I usually have a wonderful experience there… And the food is delicious just a little attention to detail would have been perfect…it is always clean including the restrooms.
