I toke down a star for every mistake they did. 1) they forgot chicken nuggets and my daughters milk. Had to go back inside to grab it. 2) when we arrived home my cheeseburgers had no lettuce which we paid extra for, and 3) my breads for 2 of the burgers were burnt. Not sure what is going on here but people like McDonald’s for convenience, and it is so inconvenient to have to go through all these mistakes in one order. I just call that slacking. And should I say the kid who brought my order to curbside look very angry, didn’t even say hello. I said thank you and he’s just serious face. Anyways. Don’t think I would be going here again. Rather drive a little further and get better service.

Honestly I feel bad that I don’t know their names, but the two women on the Friday late night shift were beyond fabulous. Even though they were slammed, they weren’t stressed. I knocked my shake on the floor and I know that it must have been super irritating, but; they didn’t even snip at me. I didn’t have to wait long for my food, and usually a short wait after 1am means chewy French fries and hard cookies, but that wasn’t the case. My fries were fresh and my cookies were perfect. These two women work well together and even though they really could have used a third set of hands, they were managing, contently.

Went there tonight to get a sweet tea cut with unsweet tea and it had a raid taste to it. Like the bug killing spray, the employee that was a dude with curly hair tried it and said it taste like it to. I went there at 9:28 on August 6,2023. I don’t know if they are paying attention to the tea holders but I know for a fact that smell and I’ve never tasted raid because who would but I swear it tasted just how it smells. I won’t be going back there but definitely going to see how I feel for the rest of the night.

The only reason I gave this four stars on service is because their frappe machine was down, I understand businesses don’t always have control over this but it’s a very popular item so get it fixed quick!! Very frustrating when you only treat yourself to this once in a while.

I don’t expect a lot from fast food. The first time I went the cashier said she wasn’t doing the math to tell me how much an extra patty was compared to a double 1/4 pounder. So she couldn’t even tell me the price of an extra patty so I could math for myself.

They really need to get new management at this location if they want to have business the staff was really rude to my husband just because he asked for 2 cheese burgers to have Mac sauce on them because he didn’t see that option on the app and the girl that was making the sandwiches got a attude with the cashier when she asked if she could add it to 2 sandwichs and the girl said no if they want to keep customers they should really clean house at that place we will never be going back again.

Usually very good service here.I honestly wish we lived closer but when we get the opportunity we do visit this location. The service is wonderful! They even brought our food to the table like they say they will but so many don’t. I really don’t mind getting it myself but I had kids with me andy hands were full? I looked around and there was the girl with our food and a big smile on her face! Madey day brighter for sure. I’d like to say thank you.

Terrible service, made me miss out on a $30 uber eats order because they are too incompetent to have a backup system for the uber eats. Save yourself the trouble of waiting for the rude employees to tell you they can’t help you, go to the mcdonalds just down the rd on 52 or the one on 19 and ridge. -1/10 experience here.

The food is great almost every time. The wait time in drive thru is terrible. We had to pull up to the pay window, then the pickup window, to be asked to go to the third window. No one in front of me either.
