Went to get breakfast here around 6am Friday Oct.3 and the drive thru and line inside were both packed with people. Thought that it was going to be an awful experience but I was shocked with the quality service and the speed at which everyone was served. I decided to wait inside rather than the drive thru and the wait couldn’t have been more than 5-10 minutes. The person who took my order was super nice and very helpful in making sure any sauces/extra items needed to be included. Was very impressed and the food was great. Which ever crew was working that shift please give them a raise bc I’ve never been so impressed w service that I’ve written a review on google. I’m not even from Georgia to give some context on how much I wanted to write this review!

We pulled up at 11:30 to get breakfast. The lady at the drive through who seemed like she didn’t even want to be there told us “we ain’t doing breakfast no more”. We said “oh I thought it was until 12”. To which she says “nah we ain’t doing breakfast no more”. We left, drove to the front and saw the sign that clearly says breakfast is served until noon. Yall should probably remove that sign if you’re not serving it until 12, which is noon.

Bogo tenders meal deal every Tuesday on app. Counter staff acted like they never heard of it even though it goes through June. After 15 minutes they finally figured out a way to do it (scanned app code, but it “didn’t work”.) $12 small combo. Fingers were small and rubbery and not hot. Glad for the 3 free or would have still been hungry. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT! Every visit here is a challenge – Done with them. Also because they couldn’t scan coupon from app, I didn’t get stars credit on my rewards account. BUYER BEWARE

The attitudes of the workers here are terrible. I was overcharged and they refunded a portion of the Money and I was still overcharged. It wasn’t worth the trouble you have to go through talking to these people. Hardee’s must be desperate for people to work. I have to understand what kind of people work here and I don’t want that kind of person handling my food.

I have never been impressed with this location. Staff tend to be rude. The wait is always long. Breakfast is their saving grace. The food wash fresh and semi quick. But lunch and dinner just drive further for something else. Also the road for the drive through and the parking lot is terrible. Pot holes everywhere and HUGE ones

I like the new breakfast bowls, but it’s so close to Waffle House it’s hard to justify eating at the one on Temple Ave.. I like the Frisco sandwiches, breakfast or lunch but again, Waffle House is the better, obviously… Town and Country has a better breakfast than both as well and it’s right across from Hendricks too. So take your pick and hope this helps. Can’t speak for the atmosphere as I’ve only done drive thru. Also the staff is usually rude, inattentive, inexperienced, etc etc etc… The one time I even tried to eat whatever the fast food Mexican place attached to this Hardee’s I got sick as a dog and haven’t been back to either since. FYI that was about 18 months ago so do what you want and again, hope this helps someone out there…
