I’m a truck driver, so more often than not I’m eating out… Sadly, my experience at most fast food restaurants is mediocre at best. Tanisha was the manager for the shift when I visited for breakfast. Everyone in this store was very polite, seemed very happy to help me and did an excellent job preparing my food, which was a special order. Everything was fresh and tasted great! I recommend this location! Great job y’all!

The food is good, but it’s severely understaffed. The waits are often long to even be seen by a cashier. The staff are clearly doing their best with what they have, but they’re clearly tired, overworked, and rightfully a bit grouchy. It seems to be the same with most fast food lately. Management needs to hire and retain enough staff to keep a restaurant running smoothly.

I was in the drive-thru line for at least 15 minutes, and there were no customers inside. I ordered a strawberry frosty since they were out of chocolate. I pay. The cashier walked away and returned empty-handed. I told her that I thought she was going to get my frosty. I was then told that I had to get it from the next window. A couple of minutes later, I got the cashier attention and asked her if she would give me my frosty since that was the only thing I had ordered. She reluctantly got it.

I ordered a $8.00 fish sandwich the employee didn’t put in my bag. I also ordered the chili which they didn’t put any crackers in the bag. And I ordered a 4 for 4, they didn’t put any sauce in the bag for my chicken nuggets. They need to do better than that.

Food was OK, the fries had no salt at all though. The service was wonderful! Very friendly people in the drive through. (One minor detail though…clean your hands when taking people’s cards, my card was greasy when handed back to me)

My fries were cold and soggy which is why I have always disliked Wendy’s fries. So much for the change. Both beef patties on my burger were red in the middle and my Wife’s chicken sandwich was burnt so bad it resembled a roofing shingle more than breaded chicken. The chili was real good though

Exactly why does it take almost an hour for a simple order. It’s ridiculous…. Maybe if they weren’t busy standing around with their arms folded, the manager is in the back on her cell phone and the cooks are moving like snails with attitudes. Do better… not to mention FOOD WAS COLD!!!!
