Went through the drive through just now with a simple request. Just the whopper sandwich w cheese, not the meal. I get home to a cheese burger- NO lettuce,NO tomato, NO condiments. The most disgusting sandwich!!! I didn’t even get a receipt but i can prove the charge through my account! I can say WITHOUT A DOUBT, that I will NEVER come back. The service is bad!

This burger king is the worst. It’s a shame that it’s the most convenient stop for me when I need a quick breakfast. Several times they’ve been out of things or couldn’t accept anything but cash. I ordered on the mobile app. At pickup I was told the food needed to be made to pull to the front. The food came out less than 5 minutes later. It was hot, fresh and tasted great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there were employees standing outside the back door smoking. This made me immediately feel like a bother when I pulled up to the speaker and a couple of you had to go inside to help. I prayed you all had class and dignity while handling my food lol seems like you did so thank you!

Terrible customer service and very slow drive through went in the drive through and waited more then 15 min in drive thru for 8 piece nugget and small fry. Manager couldn’t accommodate anything. Not even a $1 icee for the wait. As I’m waiting I’m slowly watching my gas tank get lower. I will never go to this Burger King again.Manager didn’t apologize for the wait either. Just looked at me shrugged his shoulders and said ok. Like he didn’t care when I mentioned I would call corporate. Mind you he was sweating and wiped the sweat off his forehead and didn’t wash his hands and he’s handling food. I’ve worked for many restaurants and customer service and I would never deal with a customer the way management did. As I look at all the other reviews I see that a lot of people feel the same. Very unprofessional.

They gave me a chicken sandwich that was RAW. Assistant manager nor the store manager gave an apology. They offered to give me more food as if I wanted food from there after they served me raw chicken.

Went thru the drive thru heavy set white girl took my order. Ordered the new special 2 JR whoppers with swiss and bacon with lettuce tomatoes and onions. The heavy set manager gave me 2 burgers with American cheese no onions or tomatoes. So I asked him why they don’t have swiss on them. He replied we don’t have a special with swiss. WOW guess he missed the new memo that Burger King is now serving whoppers with SWISS AND BACON. ALSO no receipt!!!!!!!!

The food is pretty good here. It’s rare that I have to return anything. I especially like their onion rings and Zesty sauce. Additionally, they have a lot of good specials such as $0.89 pancakes and $1.00 10 piece chicken nuggets. The decor is also nice. The quality of service largely depends on who is working. They do get a little slow at the counter when a lot of people are coming through the drive through.

I always get the credit card machine is down excuse. Today they said especially when it rains… well last time it wasn’t raining and it’s my last time coming here. I don’t know how they are still open in business I never see any cars there.

if i could leave 0 stars i would, i asked a simple question that was what came on a specific burger and they told me “it’s the same thing as the whopper” i asked for an explanation on what it was and they turned the mic off and didn’t answer. i ordered and specially asked for onion rings and they obviously didn’t give me them like usual. i’m far from a person to go and bash a business but this one honestly needs to be taken over by some more intelligent/courteous human beings with common sense.

Never again. What a disaster. Same thing happened to me as previous person posted. Was told park after drive thru. Waiting forever. Had go in to restaurant and no one knew where my order was. Never again ended up getting a refund but what aggravation and it was so quiet. Something isn’t right at this location
