When you go there go around 11am and ask for Ms.Dean, she is so awesome.
I haven’t been at that location for a couple of years and the restaurant is by my Dr’s. I went there yesterday for lunch and walked up to the counter and she said what’s up Chuck,what would you like? I said you remembered me,she said of course. I was so happy she was still there,best BK experience ever. I never went to a restaurant and the employee remembered me. Go to this BK the food is always fresh and clean.

I have never given a review ever but I had to after going to this joke of a restaurant there was me and only 1 other car infront and the lady running the drive through I believe her name was Jenna cut me off 3 times while I was saying my order and then when I got to give her my money she took it and walked off talking and joking with her employees with out giving me change I asked for a receipt and she did not give me one, it took 10 minutes to finally get my food and I ordered a whopper and a small chicken fry with a fruit punch they gave me the food with no straw so I asked for one and when I opened the whopper the patty was burnt and looked and smelled absolutely gross they used in toasted sandwich bread and gave 1 piece of burnt bacon I took one bite and I did not want any more the small chicken fry only came with 4 small pieces that were cold and absolutely filthy. This place is a disgrace I can’t believe they get any business what so ever.

Today is Saturday January 24th 2026. I’ll walk into the Burger King the doors are open I go up to the counter and I wait for 15 minutes nobody acknowledges me nobody says anything to me mind you it’s 6:30 in the morning but the doors are opening and are open for business. But nobody’s even there to greet or acknowledge anybody it’s a dead atmosphere.. so I pipe up and say hello they can let somebody in the back would hear me nothing I sit there for another 5 minutes total of 20 minutes nobody ever came to the counte
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A RESTAURANT THAT HAS ITS DOORS OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

Every time I go here they mess something up. Tonight was rushing cause my 6 month old was screaming, waited 15 minutes at 10 at night just for the to not give me the correct burger I ordered a bacon double & was given a plain double. The mozzarella sticks were old .

After reading the review I know why this place is empty . please don’t come here save ur money people MAINLY THE MANGER DONT know her name but she is African American with dreads she’s super rude and when I told the lady my food was cold she gave me straight attitude like for what? How is that my fault I want my food to be warm. And she gave me another sandwich and it was still cold! And I’m sitting here eating and she talking about me to other employees as I’m out still here in the restaurant.

The food is pretty good here. It’s rare that I have to return anything. I especially like their onion rings and Zesty sauce. Additionally, they have a lot of good specials such as $0.89 pancakes and $1.00 10 piece chicken nuggets. The decor is also nice. The quality of service largely depends on who is working. They do get a little slow at the counter when a lot of people are coming through the drive through.

They gave me a chicken sandwich that was RAW. Assistant manager nor the store manager gave an apology. They offered to give me more food as if I wanted food from there after they served me raw chicken.

Kinda disappointed this go around as I ordered the flame grilled dragon whopper. Didn’t get the red and orange marbled bun like I did yesterday when I ordered. I also ordered through the app as it is an exclusive item. I then got back to work and realized it was a bacon whopper not the flame grilled one I ordered. I went back to the store and explained I ordered a regular flame grilled whopper. Got it exchanged then went back to work. Again I received the wrong sandwich. I received a bacon flame grilled whopper instead of a regular flame grilled whopper THAT I ORDERED. At that point I just didn’t care to go back to the store again. I used to work in the food industry so I get it when a restaurant is busy but you should still make sure food items are accurate. I understand the need to push out the food but make sure it’s the correct items before it gets pushed out the window and into the customers hands.

Was not at the store at 7:00 when I pulled up. When the Burger King employee gets to the store while I’m waiting and answers to Microphone, has all the attitude in the world. I said no thank you I won’t be dealing with nasty attitudes this early in the morning. Will not be spending my money here again.
