First timers and we loved it. Our server Daniel was very personable who clearly loves his job. He clearly explained each dish we were curious about and made recommendations. We started with the complimentary conchas. Our breakfast came out super fast. We ordered tamales with over easy eggs, which came with queso sauce and red and green salsas. Both were super flavorful and the beef tamales were moist and delicious. Apparently the tamale protein changes so be sure to ask your server. It was served with a few slices of avocado and toast. They even make their own butter, which was slightly sweet. We also ordered the omelet which came with delicious hash browns. Typically breakfast places also serve toast with omelets but we had enough food. We would absolutely recommend and we will be back.

Oats & Honey is a go-to every time. The food is consistently good, fresh, and authentic—especially the Mexican-inspired dishes. You truly can’t go wrong ordering anything here. The churro French toast is an absolute must: sweet, crispy, and perfectly balanced. The burrito is always packed with flavor and cooked just right. This spot delivers quality, comfort, and consistency every single visit.

Was looking for a new small business to try and was happy with the experience here. Very cute restaurant and the food was good. It was a little pricey for breakfast. We got an appetizer, and a coffee and entree each. Everything came out decently quick but it wasn’t very busy when we went. A good spot to try but nothing to write home about.

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast experience here today. We each had oat milk lattes and were started with wonderful small pastries. The service was wonderful, and our waitress even made me a latte with just a dash of cinnamon since there was not a sugar free cinnamon syrup option. My partner got the burrito, which is how he judges every breakfast place, and said it was 10/10. I get the oatmeal with oat milk and it was delicious. I’ve never seen oat milk oatmeal on a menu before, and I was so thankful for the dairy free selection here! I highly recommend a visit to Oats & Honey Cafe!

I had a doctor’s appointment this morning and was starving when we left. Looked up “breakfast near me” and this place popped up! I am SO HAPPY we tried it. All of the seasonal specials looked delicious and we will have to go back before the end of the month to try them.
Food was delicious, wait wasn’t bad, and our waitress was kind!

Visited Oats & Honey this morning for breakfast and had a great experience. They were quite busy (rightfully so) however we were able to sit at the bar. For breakfast we had the chilaquiles and molletes. The food was exceptionally fast and delicious. It’s really nice to have authentic Mexican food in St. Louis. Polite service especially from the bar staff. Definitely a special place worth any wait!!

This place was okay. I had the bananas and bacon French toast. Pretty skimpy on the bananas and bacon if you ask me. They cut up half a banana and gave two strips of bacon. Looked almost identical to the regular French toast. Tasted fine, but not what I was expecting.

We dined here on a whim. The restaurant is cozy and well decorated. We didn’t have to wait for a table, but as soon as we sat down they got really busy. My service was really attentive and friendly. I really liked that they have freshly squeezed Orange juice and a very good kids menu compared to other breakfast/brunch places. Overall, I was satisfied with my orders and service. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful breakfast here. The atmosphere is great. Clean and comfortable. The server brought a basket of mini conchas with our coffee. What a nice choice. We went here because of the extensive menu with many Mexican choices. They have fresh squeezed orange juice, which you can’t find everywhere. The also have a juicer for other fresh vegetable juices and an espresso machine for all types of coffee.

All in all, this is a great place for breakfast above and beyond the commonplace.
