I ordered a baconator and jr cheeseburger deluxe. My baconator came with 1 patty and my deluxe was dripping with mayo and no lettuce, tomato or onion. When I went back through drive thru they had attitude. After I got new baconator it had the double meat but 1 PC of bacon and my deluxe was a joke. Look at the end of tomato and lettuce leaf. Needless to say, we won’t be back again.

This Wendy’s is in a very convenient location in Clinton, on the main highway yet just a short walk to the riverside park. Staff are friendly and food consistently good here. Love that I have healthier food options like salads and baked potatoes here. The chili is good tool

Drove through to pick up an order and what I am assuming was the manager (had a different red shirt than other employees) handed me my card and had so much black dirt under his nails. At no point should your nails be that filthy. There’s no telling how long it had been since he washed his hands that day and surely doesn’t worry about his other employees washing their hands. Luckily he didn’t handle my food but it’s still disguising.

Usually my experience at Wendy’s locations are 5 stars for the food and service. I ordered ahead with mobile app. The food was fresh and delicious. The service on other hand was not satisfactory. The gentleman at the window didn’t say one word and just handed drink and food to me. Other employee was behind him just looking at cell phone. Sad that today’s times came to paying $13 hour for poor service. Glad we don’t have to tip at fast food restaurants. I will try again in future and maybe get an employee that cares.

Rude and unattentive staff copped an attitude with me for letting them know I was unable to pay for my order because no one was at the payment window. Then they tried to charge me double-and maybe they did, who knows as they gave no receipt with the order. Guess I should have just let them give it to me for free like they tried to do?

Lies to whoever calls. Google states they close at 1am yet at 12:20 on April 16th, when picking up 2 DoorDash orders, only one person was in there cleaning (which I’m pretty sure is a safety violation) and no computers on. Customer called and the store stated they were open and preparing food. Down right lie to me and the customer. Manager or male person on the phone was obviously in a vehicle as I could hear the wind both times I called. Continued to lie after I told him I was there at 12:20 stating there were open and making food.

Best Wendy’s experience ever! Fries were hot and crispy the Asiago ranch chicken was the bomb. My husband’s double cheese with bacon he said was the best burger he has had from fast food. 10/10 will eat there again.

Horribly slow service. Seen 5 coustomers just walk out because nobody would even take their orders. But if they do take your order you best be ready to wait 30 minutes.
