The food was great! The staff was so kind. They gave my kids free frosty use bc the key tags aren’t out yet. They were very fast and sensitive to my allergy. They were attentive and genuinely seemed happy to have me and my kids there. All around great experience!!

Even though I got friendly service they really don’t know the meaning of Cleanliness.
I had a horrible odor hit me in the face. The moment I walk in the establishment. Then when I went to go and get my beverage. It’s smelt of cat urine and flies everywhere. It made me decide not to have a drink because of fear of mold inside the lines. Management needs to step up and retrain their crew on the fundamentals of cleanliness and sanitation and health standards.Otherwise this store will fail.

Waited for far too long in drive up window. They were only able to take one order at a time fill it before taking the next order. Cars behind me were leaving and going to the restaurant next door. The price for one meal and one sandwich with a drink was outrageous. When I pulled up to the window it was the wrong drink order. I had to tap on the window to get straws. Then the customer service person, forgot what I had ordered. The store wasn’t that busy, it should have been easier and smoother, however the food was very good and fresh.

We just went thru your drive thru and ordered a double cheeseburger and a son of a baconator. Both were ice cold. Meat and the cheese tasted like they just came out of a refrigerator. Looked like someone was returning their food as we were waiting in the line. Was already out of parking lot or we would have returned ours. I thought Wendys was known for fresh burgers.

I went through to order lunch for work I ordered a baked potato and chili I waited outside of the drive-thru for about 7 or 8 minutes obviously why they were microwaving my potato!!!! Ask for extra butter and sour cream did not get it had to walk in the person was very rude after I waited in the Drive-Thru for so long if I wanted a microwave baked potato I would have grabbed one at Walmart and throwing it in the microwave at work very disappointing

We ate at Wendy’s at Exit 122 last night in Clinton, TN. My Girlfriend ordered a Plain Baked Potato, and I got a Dave’s Single with Cheese. Let me say that based on a previous experience at a different Location of a Wendy’s in Knoxville, it was nice that the Clinton Wendy’s did have Baked Potatoes. The lady who took our order at the drive-thru was very polite, friendly & helpful.

Whatever mouthbreather was working the fromt counter on morning shift on 11/28/25 needs to be told that if hes going to sit on the floor and watch tiktok on his phone, that he should at least look up every so often for when a customer is at the counter watching him do it. Glad i couldnt get breakfast this morning! Thanks guys!

Literally waited in line for over ten minutes just to get to the speaker to order to be told WE ARE NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS. Just rude and tasteless. Have the decency to send someone outside or place a sign that is visible to express you are closing soon. Never returning.
