Pick-up order, ordered steak bowl and haha where’s the steak? Still looking and don’t see it? Is it on the side or hiding in the bag maybe it is all stuck to the lid…nope still haven’t found it. Haven’t ordered from this location in months due to subpar food quality and consistency. Place doesn’t disappoint! Tried calling the location and can’t speak to anyone. Filled out the “ticket” to support we’ll see how long this takes to get my money back…worth it writing this review. Do better Chipotle.

I understand it was a busy Friday but like everywhere else I went that day when you choose to work in this environment you have to accept how it will be on weekends. To start off I was in line and I seen many many customers getting upset with the female cashier and I didn’t understand why. When I get up to order the male was very nice and I knew my full order so I was being very ice as well but when the other female took my bowls to add my sauces and vegetables she started being really rude and made me repeat myself Multiples times. I have been to this location multiple times with my fiancé we have had problems in the past but never like this. We order the same thing every time no problem. I get 2 bowls with both 2 tortillas on the side. We both ask for sour cream on the side, queso on the side and usually 1 or 2 options of the spicy salsa we have never had a problem this time we only got 1 salsa. The cashier came up and started yelling at me stating she was going to charge me for the having 3 sides or more and I said this has never happened before and on the app does not charge me either and she sat their trying to prove me wrong but when I went on the app and put in the same meal. I was never charged for it. Plus i was already paying for both my sides of queso. So how come we as 2 people would have to pay for 3 sides that actually are meant for 2 different bowls but if we paid separately we wouldn’t have a issue. I have been to other locations in Ann Arbor who get way more business and are way nicer to customers. After seeing all the reviews and seeing how they treat customers in person I personally think this Chipotle needs to rethink their staff!!!!!

During my visit to a Chipotle location, a female cashier became hostile when we asked for double chicken and we stated that we were willing to pay for an additional side. The employee escalated the situation, behaved unprofessionally, threw our prepared food away, and told us to leave the restaurant.

This was not a misunderstanding — it was inappropriate conduct that no customer should experience. After reviewing public online feedback for this location, it appears this employee has been involved in similar issues previously, which raises concerns about ongoing management or training failures.

I attempted to resolve this at the store level but was unable to reach a manager due to the automated phone system redirecting to customer care. I then submitted a corporate complaint and, to date, have received no follow-up.

It looked as if they had just gotten a rush of business they were cooking meat and bagging chips. The workers were polite and friendly. We got our order quickly. The food was fresh and plentiful! Some of the chips were more cooked than others, but all were salty and delicious. They prepared all orders to go… odd.

The lady’s bathroom was clean, but the faucet needs tightening.

Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every table was filthy, the staff acted like customers were an inconvenience, and the portions looked like samples instead of meals. If you’re trying to spend full price for half a burrito, this is the perfect place. Honestly, if you’re not hungry, you’ll leave satisfied — because you won’t get much anyway.

Both the steak bowls I ordered were 1/3 full. Absolutely ridiculous. We even ordered and paid for double meat. There was barely anything in the bowls and I even tipped. I won’t be back to this location!

It’s 11/2 and I just went at 7:40p the food looked dry, this person who had huge glasses on was rude the white lime rice had NO seasoning and when I asked it was a bother. Another employee had their hands in their apron leaning back. The staff was rude and nasty. All the the pans looked over 4 hours old. I am sure it was out of temp because it was sticking to the pan. You ca clearly tell there was no leadership or care. Why would I spend my money here and I was so excited to eat Chipotle since I since I don’t have it it Jackson. Lastly, when I said never mind I won’t eat here the person said ‘thank God’s incredibly rude and disgusting food. If this is franchised owned, maybe look into your team because it’s terrible.

Kid’s quesadilla shredded cheese was not melted, entire staff looked like they hated there life at 8pm…

Don’t stay open late if you can’t have a decent staff!

No napkin’s out… soft drink area a disaster with water or something all over the floor, straws soaked. Plus gave us the order to go in a bag so we didn’t stay to eat. Kinda difficult traveling from an hour away from home though..

Chipotle used to be a nicer place to have a great quick meal…. Geez have times changed!!!

Literally spent $20 on extra meat and veggies in my bowl and this is what I got. The staff are beyond rude, and lazy they leave trash building up all over the place. They give zero thought to good customer service.
