I experienced a long wait (over 20 minutes) and several issues with my order. The cookies and chips were initially missing, the sandwiches were poorly wrapped, and the footlong I ordered was not included. The other sandwich had very little turkey. I was also not given a receipt. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Walked into this subway , unfortunately no one greeted me nor was there anyone up at the counter. There was workers in the establishment because I could hear them in the back . Waited about five minutes and still no one came to take my order. Than finally someone come out her name was Amanda (I read her name tag) . And instead of helping us she started cleaning , went to the back two more times than finally helped us. She was rude during the whole order process as if she didn’t want to work. Finally I’m ready to pay and I asked if they had Vicky’s jalapeño chips because there was none out . And she proceeded to say with a rude tone “They should be right behind you”. I told her there was none and if she can go to the back to get some and she did. We finally paid that we sat down to eat. There was another customer behind us. I’m by the time we were done eating they were barely paying. Her service was so bad wouldn’t recommend this subway.

Subway always hits the spot for me when I want a quick bite, but not quite craving anything in particular.

I tried the tuna, toasted 6 inch sub on wheat. My toppings are always the same: avocado, parmesan cheese, black olives, spinach, pickles, and regular mustard.

I’m obsessed with Miss Vickie’s Lime & Cracked Pepper chips! To drink, I always chose a sweet tea.

The cookies are very underrated. They are jumbo-sized and packed work flavor!

I visited this store with my family April 25 at 830 pm, and had a wonderful experience! The young lady who helped us was so kind, and she did an amazing job! She said she was new to her job, but we were very impressed! Keep up the good work

I visited the Subway location in Trenton today around 5:00 p.m. and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee on duty, named Marina, did not greet me when I walked in and appeared visibly unhappy and unwelcoming from the start.

As I placed my order, she seemed irritated and handled my food carelessly, tossing the vegetables onto my sandwich while sighing and making frustrated noises. Concerned, I asked if she was okay, and she simply replied, “Not really.” When I reminded her that I am a paying customer and there was no need to be rude, she told me that if I didn’t like her attitude, I could leave that she also stated she’s usually tosses the food around that it’s not being rude. I asked her to repeat herself, and she said the same thing again — so I did leave.

I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior at any Subway before. I will not be returning to this location and I sincerely hope that the management addresses this issue so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I ordered two subs online and my best friend and I was going up to the counter to get it and this middle aged guy with black hair and beard was starring at us. We thought he wasn’t but everytime we went to talk and look back he still was. I was SO uncomfortable I didn’t even want to go to the counter to get my food. I was scared. We even moved to the corner to get out of his weird stare and still felt uncomfortable eating.

very disappointed i always order online at this location but today was horrible they added too much sauce it made the bread soggy even got the bag all wet && ripped too much pepper ugh just all around horrible horrible will not be returning waist of money && time wasn’t even pleasant to eat just threw it away

I visited today and first off AC was not working although it was not super hot it was uncomfortable. The fridge for the veggies was not working and all of the vegetables were in the back.
