Horrible experience, I went there after work to get my kids and family something to eat. Waited in line for 30 minutes, I figured the food would be nice and fresh. But all my food was cold and old. The chicken nuggets were hard. My mom and kids ended up getting sick that night. I called them the next morning and asked for a refund because it was a pretty big order. They said they couldn’t give me my money back. I will never go there again.

The food is as good as any other Wendy’s. The employees are nice and hard working. But it takes so long to get your food now. I waited 15 minutes for my food. My friend that’s with me has waited 25+ minutes and still doesn’t have his food. If the service was just normal speed instead of incredibly slow, I’d give a higher review.

Location has not offered dine-in since covid so the drive thru is wrapped around the building. God bless the staff here because they seem to be tragically understaffed but are doing well with providing meals at all times of day. I’ve enjoyed seeing the same familiar, smiling faces but feel for them with what appears to be a constant short staff. Always getting excellent service and orders are always accurate.

I hardly have good experiences when I order. I don’t care what shift it is. I won’t say my orders aren’t specific, but it’s usually not completely. I try to order online, so I don’t have to say it incase it’s considered complicated. It’s still usually wrong! I have to make multiple trips to get it corrected. The server or manager usually has an attitude at this point as well. I’ve tried to make this my last option to eat no matter what!

We ordered through the drive thru just now 2 kids meals, and 2 five for fives. The first five for five didn’t have nuggets, the second only had three, one entire kids meal was missing and the other was just a burger, no included fries. I can understand one missing item or mistake but this is blatantly not even trying. We got 10 dolllars worth of food for 18 dollars basically. Horrible service, hire people that can read please
