I can’t remember when I first started coming here, it’s been loads of years. There was a time that I came once a week and one of the employees learned my order, loved that! Now, it’s a little less often which is sad. Today I stopped in for my usual order – turkey sandwich on a plain bagel, bacon scallion cream cheese, lettuce, red onion, and sprouts. I always ask if I can have an extra pickle and they are always willing to be my pickle friend and give me an extra. My cookie choice flops between the sugar cookie and the peanut butter with choc chips. I LOVE when it’s pumpkin cream cheese season! I often suggest this as a place for lunch with friends, when family comes to town, and even solo trips. You guys are amazing and I will always, always, always enjoy your delicious foods!

Blue Sky has been my go-to bagel shop for some time and they have always been so kind and the bagels are great! Today on the way to my car my bag tore and bagels went everywhere, I was immediately helped by an employee outside. She helped clean up everything and even replaced all my bagels. I super appreciate when businesses care for their customers like this!

Busy breakfast spot, cranking out bagel and breakfast sandwich orders quickly. I got an everything bagel with garden veggie cream cheese and a coffee. I ate it there, bagel was nice and chewy, plenty of tables, people seemed to come in waves, so sometimes there was a short line. Great spot for a quick bite!

– on a sandwich it comes with nothing and it’s FREE to add EVERYTHING… so go ahead and order you salmon bagel with salmon cream cheese and avacado and tomato and onion and capers and cucumbers and and and … same good for all the sandwiches! All the negative reviews are people that didn’t bother to read how the menu works and got a nothing sandwich lol
– add all the yummy shots and syrups to your mocha, they are FREE!

Was curious about this bagel shop- though tasty, i don’t think the bagel sandwich was worth the price point. The basic bagel with a smear was a better deal in comparison. The girls seemed unorganized for a simple bagel prep line, and after running my card, another girl asked for payment again. Yes for a variety of bagels, smears, and toppings, but still overpriced for the value of it.

Staff is nice, foods it quick.
What I often do is grab a bagel sandwich loaded for my self and a bag or 2 of the day old Bengals and a tub or 2 or 3 of jalapeno cream cheese (truly awesome) which I take back to share with my coworkers. It hard to beat the value on those and they are still outstanding.
Also I was just introduced to their sugar cookies, holy cow are the freaking good.

BEST VALUE IN BOISE. It was so good, we came back twice on our trip to Boise. I recommend the Bacon Egg and Cheese. Great toppings and delicious taste.

Blue Sky Bagels is a superb place to get a bagel!
All the bagels I have eaten here have been delicious. Whether as a breakfast sandwich, with cream cheese, or even just by itself!
The staff is so friendly, and when we had to work through some food allergies, they were very knowledgeable about how to accommodate. They were even aware of cross contamination, and used different utensils for prepping the allergy sandwiches!
There’s plenty of seating and always seems to be a steady stream of people coming through the door.
I do recommend going here!

1st time visitor. Counter associate, Allie, recommended a bagel sandwich. It was spot on delicious. Coffee was hot and fresh. Overall atmosphere was casual, clean, and inviting.
