Hubby and I stopped here around 7pm on 02/17/2026. We were greeted by a young girl who sounded like she didn’t even want to be there. She had a whole attitude while taking our order. I couldn’t even think because she just sounded like she didn’t want to be there, period. I told my husband to pull off because with customer service like that, you aren’t getting quality food. He insisted. They informed us they had no honey mustard nor any bbq sauce. Okay, that’s fine, but I get my chicken sandwich and there is no mayo. Filet had a microwaveable texture. Food was warm and forgivable, but the whole attitude and vibes were not.

I went to their drive-through tonight (Sat, 2/7/26 at ~5:30 pm) and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, taco salad and a chocolate frosty. It took at least 20 minutes, more likely 25-30 minutes, for me to get my food (I finally got my food at 5:58 pm), but they didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t confirm the exact time. However, I had been sitting in line for at least a few minutes when I noticed that it was 5:40 pm. When I did get my food, there was no tomato on the sandwich, and they gave me a Cobb salad instead of a taco salad. It was one of the worst drive-through experiences that I’ve ever had. I also tried to call the restaurant, but nobody answered. The lady that brought me my food did apologize and tell me they were understaffed, so I do give her credit for that. Otherwise, it was a miserable experience.

Just want to give a shout-out to the lovely employee working drive-thru at Wendy’s on Madison Blvd. I ran through to get my quick breakfast this morning and 1) she was so polite, but at the end she said have a nice day and closed the window. Then I heard the window open again and she said I take that back (which of course grabbed my attention) then she looked me in the eye and said Have a BLESSED Day! That meant a lot. Acts of Kindness ❤️❤️

Looks like a lot of bad reviews lately. Here’s another one. I ordered a $8 sandwich PLAIN and then asked for a pack of BBQ sauce and the cashier said ok those are 38 cents a cup. I wasn’t going to get back in line behind 4 people to pay for BBQ sauce. Next time I’ll just get my ketchup, Mayo, lettuce, onion, pickles and tomato on the side and throw it in trash. Goofy rationale. You’ll make up that lost profit elsewhere I assure you.

Counter service was excellent and friendly. Watched them deliver food to a table while I was there and that was nice even though those customers seemed rude to the staff. I’d give these guys another visit in a month or so to check on their progress.

Wavy Management
Stopped at Wendy’s 12/5/26 at 9:08 am. My mom and I stopped by the drive thru before heading to work. Ended up being late for work arguing with who appeared to be a manager about rather my sandwich was a muffin or a burrito. In the end another employee stated that the sign had been changed and the manager was wrong. Ended up leaving with a burrito and the worst ice coffee I’ve ever tasted. Instead of rushing to put a sign up saying new management she should have rushed to learn her menu. Ridiculous. I expect more from Wendy’s.
