The door is missing a handle. It was kinda hilarious. Staff was attentive – though it was odd to see them all in street clothing… looked a bit odd. I’m not sure why only one person in the back was in uniform. Food was hot
Service was a bit slow but they had great attitudes overall.

Shout out to the staff at this location. I’ve had issues that got resolved with amazing customer service. Issues that were from misunderstandings- not their fault.

Best food and so friendly. Wendy’s lunch is always good but the breakfast is underrated! Probably the best fast food breakfast around if you haven’t already tried it! Burrito is legit and all the sandwiches have the best breads! Also morning staff is so sweet, friendly, and efficient! Easy stop on the way to work!

Whoever made my burger at 11:30 pm 1/18/2026 is sorry as hell. Asked for no tomato and no mayo and what did they do? Put tomato and mayo on the burger. Exgra steps just to mess my order up. Be better. Do better.

Baked potato was over cooked. Chili was good. The server gave plenty of hot sauce and crackers. The tables and chairs were clean, but the soda dispenser was filthy.

This is the filthiest Wendy’s I’ve ever seen! It’s pathetic really. I sent corporate an email over a week ago, and still NO response. The owners need to look at how their employees are ruining their business. Your shoes stick to the floor It’s so dirty. The station where you get ketchup and straws & napkins hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long! The tables were horrible. Come on Wendy’s do better for your customers!!! We love your food but is the kitchen as filthy as your store??? I sure hope not!

I came through the drive thru to order my meal. Had a very difficult time speaking to one of the workers, he didn’t seem to comprehend what we were saying and was speaking very slowly. We finally get to the window after about 15 minutes of waiting and we pay, I look at the receipt and it says we ordered a single burger when we said a combo with a specific drink. He was moving very slowly almost like he was under the influence. He hands my boyfriend our drinks and then waste some of the drink on my boyfriend’s hand, didn’t apologize or anything, very unprofessional. We have been coming to this location for a while now, and that was by far the worst service, only from that young man specifically.

While waiting in line, another guest had an issue with his order. The cashier (short girl with short dark curly hair) gave him visible attitude and disrespect. She told the manager and then went to the back to fix her hair. Minutes later when she came back, she walked around and never paid us any attention. I then decided to order online since it was apparent we were not going to get service from her. After I submitted the order, I realized I had accidentally selected a chocolate base for a frosty when I meant vanilla. I then walked up to the counter to ask the cashier if there was a way to change it. When asked this question she gave me a side eye and then went to look at the receipt for the order. I told her if it was a problem to change it then it was fine to be chocolate. She said “which one did you want vanilla for”, I told her which one and then she said “of course it’s the one I am about to make” with an eye roll. I said “is it a problem to change it?” She very sarcastically said “no”, did another eye roll, and turned her back. When we picked up the order we said “thank you very much” and she didn’t respond, she just turned away.
This was the most disrespect I have ever received or seen from any employee in customer service.

There was a blonde lady here tonight that was so rude getting upset with me and other customers for asking simple questions. And the guy working on the fries in a purple sweatshirt kept texting on his phone then scooping fries and touching them with no gloves and he wasn’t washing his hands. The line cook was wearing gloves but had his phone on the counter and kept scrolling on his phone in between each burger/sandwich with his gloves on and then touching the food with the same gloves. I waited so long for my food I watched for a while and by the time I got the food I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it after watching. I definitely won’t be back.

My wife and I had a busy work day so I ordered Wendy’s meals to go from the Wendy’s located at:7782 Hwy 72 W, Madison, AL 35758. I ordered the Baconator Bacon Double Cheeseburger for my self. For my son I ordered the Baconator Bacon Double Cheeseburger with no cheese and no mayo. It came with an order of fries. For my wife I ordered a half Parmesan Salad and Parmesan Dressing.
The Parmesan salad was just and my wife likes it and a half salad is just the right size. My son’s Baconator Double Burger was just as I ordered it no cheese and no sauces. The fries were hot and crispy. My Baconator Bacon Double Cheeseburger was a excellent. It was hot, moist and full of flavor. I also ordered two small Chocolate frosty’s which are just the right size to go with a meal without being too filling.
The food is always hot, fresh and made to order. For three meals for $22 is a bargain for good quality food.
