Went here today after the Movies at MJR the shift manager Charles took our order Our food order came to $33.01.I asked my friend that was with me if she had a penny and she didn’t neither did I.Charles the manager took my 40.00 and gave me 6.99 back! I looked at him and said really? for a penny I have to get all that change back? He never responded.Never ever have I ever gotten 99cents back because I didn’t have a penny! Usually they just let you slide on a penny I should of cancelled the food order because of the way I was treated!! But I really wanted Arby’s. So for one penny you lost 3 customers that will never return!! I will also do the feedback survey on the bottom of my receipt.

The gentleman working the drive through was very polite and informative, and let me know that they were dropping fresh food for me and that it would be a few minutes extra. Regretfully, I did not get his name, but he has made an impact on my night and made it much much better. His service was wonderful, and he was very polite, almost like I was at a five star dining facility that really cared about me shout out to the homie in the drive through.Sorry I didn’t get your name

Went to the drive thru and ordered our meal. We ordered their special Ham and Swiss 2 for $7.00, potato cakes and drinks. Got home and the order was incorrect. Called and they said come back and they would make it right. They let us keep what we were given the first trip and were very kind and courteous when we went back. Even threw in a cherry turnover. That’s the way a customer should be treated. No questions or accusations. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend going to this Arby’s in Southgate for your lunch/dinner. Also get those free curly fries if the Tigers score 3 runs.
