I don’t know how this place is still in business. The staff is extremely rude. The food is usually edible but heres a Dave’s Double that I ordered and they gave me bread, a dry pc of meat, and cheese. This isn’t what a Dave’s Double is – how do I know? Bc that’s the ONLY thing i’ve eaten at Wendys. I rather skip a meal than to ever eat from this disgusting place ever again.

I rarely eat at Wendy’s, mostly because I’m not a fan of their beef. On both of my only 2 visits to this location, I’ve ordered a chicken bacon pretzel pub sandwich (#11 on their menu). Each time I’ve been served the beef version of the sandwich. There’s no way to know which one they ring you up for at the drive thru as the order screen just shows bacon pretzel pub. On this visit I thought to check my bag while still at the window- sure enough, wrong item. I asked for the correct item and was first told there will be a difference in price. No problem, I’m happy to pay the difference. The manager at the window then told me I would have to drive around and wait in line again to get the correct item. I came inside and the manager hid from the register. He sent a young man up who initially told me they don’t make that item with chicken. I pointed above his head incredulously to #11, the chicken bacon pretzel pub. He went back to the manager who instead sent a third employee up to me who politely got things figured out and got the sandwich fixed for me.

I have been here a number of times. Good experience overall. Quick and professional service. Usually get a large chili. Also got a Dave burger and fries today. Had a special when you buy one sandwich get another for a dollar. Fries could have been fresher. Wish Wendys had something else instead of fries like onion rings, fried okra, or tater tots.

Gave my order 3 times. Confirmed my order at the window with the cashier he assured me that he had my order. Paid, on the ticket it was wrong, got to the other window got my food. It was wrong, had to pull around get out of my car go in to get my order fixed. no sense in doing your job halfass. Be glad my friend went in to correct this and it wasn’t me bc she was nice than i would have been after telling you 3 times my order.

Always visit this Wendy’s whenever I’m around the area and never had a complaint the only I do have this time is I wish the wrapped was actually wrapped up. Outside of that it served its purpose and the staff was friendly.

Order was accurate but girl at the window wanted to charge for hot chili packets for large chili. She gave me 2 and I asked for extra. She said she would have to charge. That’s like asking for extra cream or sugar for your coffee not like ordering nugget sauces! No extra crackers either.
